The finished kitchen was as good as the advertising promised - very high quality and a winning combination of traditional design and modern construction and finishing. I can't give five stars because of some examples of poor execution. In particular, a serious error in measuring up meant that the original design simply didn't work. However, the crew fitting the kitchen was able to make adjustments on the fly and it turned out all right in the end. I am very happy with the end product.

I decided I wanted a Neptune kitchen and very fortunately Woods of London in Blackheath were available. I rarely complete reviews as very few companies are perfect all the way through the process, but as Woods Of London were faultless I felt they deserved the recognition. Alicia is a very considerate kitchen designer, she really made sure that my kitchen worked for me and didn't suggest unnecessary additions which would have cost me extra, the final design was fabulous. Paul managed the job from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and I felt he was always in control of deliveries whether it be the kitchen or the appliances, Paul and the fitters worked so well together, nothing was a problem, I can honestly say the fitters were a joy to have around, and they worked very very hard and were quick, I never once saw them stop for lunch, and they were always there 8am on the dot. My kitchen looks amazing, and I honestly couldn't be happier, a superb team!

Alicia and Paul are always friendly, responsive, helpful and professional. I always highly recommend them to my clients as it is a pleasure to work with them on kitchens as part of a renovation or extension project. We currently have a project nearing completion on site in N10 and have a number of other projects in the design stage (N1, W1, E17). Looking forward to our continued relationship delivering projects together!

We are really happy with our kitchen. Alicia created a design to meet our needs and Paul made sure everything ran smoothly, despite some lockdown challenges. The quality of the units is very good and the completed kitchen looks great. A special mention for Clive and Chris who did the building work and installed the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and they take real pride in their work.

Don’t underestimate the importance of the planning stage. Alicia has ensured that we have the perfect layout, with the best possible combination of cupboards and drawers for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them, so customer service was second to none. Also, the guys doing the installation were very helpful and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped us with making decisions. The finish is perfection!
