Select doors, hardware, finish, change sizes, ask questions, and know that what you have in mind is exactly what is going to be built. Their install crews are the best. Polite, courteous, and respectful of your home is paramount and you can tell it is a part of Innovative's customer culture. Work is done professionally and timely. (Three fair size projects were completed in the span of 6 hours). They didn't waste time. They worked diligently and were attentive to every detail. You can shop around but you won't find a more qualified and professional company. They are competitive because of their in-house building facilities and a proven method of bringing the project together. A solid choice for your home.

Get it in writing. Pointed out a flaw in their measurements and made one verbal request during the process but he did not follow through. Disappointed
