I have worked with Brad on a beachouse on Anna Maria and we now have our modern contemporary design underway. Multifaceted best describes Brads ability to take your ideas or whims and reproduce your dream, but better. He is pleasantly easy to work with and very talented. We have been exceptionally pleased.

Attention to detail, is just one of the core values that Brad brought to the table for the designing of my home. His knowledge and concern, is going to turned a dated 2/2 into a spacious 4/3 with a working office as well as a children friendly study and play area. This beach style home will be enjoyed by my family for years to come.

We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.
