Kari and her team had their hands all over our house in San Diego. They built and installed a new kitchen island; re-did all our surfaces, backsplash, sinks, etc.; installed two new french doors; picked out and installed new tiling in kitchen and bathrooms; did a re-haul of a powder bathroom, including new wallpaper, floor tiles, mirrors, lighting; turned our garage into a playroom/office; picked the colors for literally every wall in the house; added built-ins to our dining and media rooms; refaced fireplaces; and cultivated a ton of furniture and accessories. They made our so-so home our dream place to live, and all on a tight budget!

ILI is currently renovating our dining room for us. Kari's eye for interesting details keeps us returning to ILI for design, sourcing, and project completion. Since a formal dining room would get little use in our home, Kari has created a sitting room/game area easily converted to a formal dining room for the handful of times a year we need one. Given we have been redoing rooms for over 3 years, one of the best talents from the ILI team has been being able to unify the overall look of the house.

ILI is starting their 2nd project for us. We are now doing our kitchen and dining room along with some additional details we did not do last year. We could not be happier with the professionalism and expertise they bring to their projects. From design to build, they are on top of all the details, leaving us the time we need to handle our business. Knowing that Kari, Jenn and Jared are handling the details makes the remodeling process much less stressful. Their contractors are of the highest quality.
