Where to begin? Let me start by saying Juan was a dream to work with! In our initial consultation we gave very little direction other than build a modern with a million dollar front elevation and for half that cost. Ha! Isn’t that what everyone wants? When we received our design he delivered. It was as if he plucked all of our favorite things out of our minds and designed around them. We were blown away! We made very little changes to his original design and hired him for additional work, including interior design and hard scape. Hiring an architect can be daunting, it’s a lot of trust. I can tell you, you will not be disappointed with Juan. His talent and eye for things is impeccable. Rich textures, open spaces, thoughtful lighting and some sexy finishes were all apart of the design. Every time we drive up we feel honored to live here and are thankful we found Juan. Many people skip on the architect and either buy from a builder or online plans- I am so glad we didn’t do that. Thank you Juan! We will build more with you!

We hired Juan Ricardes (Jaju Design) to design our custom attic suite in historic house in South Tampa. We are extremely happy with the design process and the final outcome. The experience was great and the price very appropriate. We would hire the Jaju Design again with no concerns whatsoever. Every aspect of our project was handled with great care. I've now used Jaju Design and Development on multiple remodel projects and each time I was very satisfied with the work performed. Remodels can be very hard since you are working with existing walls but Jaju Design and Development redesigned my buildings in a way I couldn't of imagined. I hired this company (I am from out of State) to implement and manage the renovation of a three bedroom condo purchased as a second home. The attention to detail and even anticipating issues before they became major saved a lot of time and expense. Juan and his crew kept the entire project on time and pretty close to budget, probably would have been under budget if I didn't keep changing choices! Anyway, his design or should I say "redesign" of the kitchen was amazing. I love every aspect of our new home.

I have used Juan Carlos Ricardes, as well as his company, as a consultant for varied projects for my commercial law office.
