I will walk around and inspect your home. Then I will give you a rundown of all necessary repairs. We will discuss any special items you want addressed and come up with a plan on how to best handle them. We start every job by power washing all external painted surfaces. Then we do the repairs, sand and prime where needed. And caulk all cracks on the painted surfaces. And lastly we will paint the house using and airless sprayer. Any areas where we are unable to use the sprayer will be painted by hand with a brush. We use top of the line Sherwin Williams products on every house we paint. And warranty our work for 3 yrs.
