3K was a pleasure to do business with. They was kind and courteous. We were unsure about how we wanted the finished project to look like. They asked the right questions and made our vision become reality. It was done right from the beginning communication to the finished product. A business that truly puts the customer first. I met with Three Kings Construction on a few projects for my real estate clients and referred him to a few clients. They were all impressed with how Rance showed up when he said he would and had the bid for them when he said he would. I am not sure if any of my clients have hired them yet but the feedback so far on their professionalism shows me this is a company worth referring and hiring in the future. Thank you for making my clients happy.

If you desire a truly custom remodel or building experience, I highly recommend 3 Kings Construction. They go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want rather than a cookie cutter design job. The owners, Jon and Rance take a hands on approach and are with you every step of the way. I think that's why their work maintains such integrity and craftsmanship. In 2015 they did a commercial build-out for me and I couldn't have been happier!
