Gave a large deposit a year in advance with the condition it was refundable if the project did not go ahead. Josh Warren is refusing to honour the signed agreement and return any of the money which was deposited.

I honestly don't think I can do these guys justice with this review because words really cannot express my gratitude towards them. As cliche as it may sound, they built my "dream home" to perfection. I lost my home to a fire in October, and it was absolutely devastating. After six months of non-stop renovations on the home, it burnt down to the ground in what seemed like a few minutes. It was an old farm house with a Victorian feel to it, and I just loved it. Luckily, no lives were lost and for the most part, things can be replaced. While searching for a builder to start the painful process of rebuilding, I continued getting personal recommendations for Warren's Carpentry. I had talked to a couple of other builders in the process too, and was still in the decision-making phase of who to chose when I talked to Jeff at Warren's about my plans. It was an easy decision to choose them after talking to him. I threw a couple of sets of plans his way, and talked about the features I liked from each of them, and what I would like to change. Promptly, Jeff drew up my ideas and had a beautiful layout with pricing ready (which I am pleased to say was right on the money...none of this, "Well actually, I know we told you this much, but now it is this much." business. In the dead of the winter, these guys started building this beautiful house, and did the most amazing job. The attention to detail they provided to capture the vision I had of the "old home" feel, can't even be truly described. It was the simple things like the selecting the right interior trim to create the Victorian look within the house, raising the ceiling in the turret to capture the lighting, selecting the perfect maple flooring, and choosing the perfect colours for the siding and the interior paint that brought this home together so remarkably well, and with no hitches. These gentlemen, Josh and Jeff, and their crews followed through with every last detail to perfection. I would strongly recommend Warren's Carpentry for any builds you have in mind, especially if you want dedication, professionalism, true-to-word pricing, timely completion, and just all around trustworthy guys who take pride in what they do working on your project. . I have included pictures, but they just don't do it justice really. It is just so much more incredible in person. Thank you Josh, Jeff, and all of the terrific folks who built my dream home.
