He delivers quality workmanship and manages costs to ensure you stay within budget. Jeff Samuels made building our custom home a real pleasure. We had some unique requirements and he understood them from the begining. He made several suggestions that not only saved money but made the design much more functional. I stopped by the building site several times each week and Jeff was often there making sure that the sub-contractors were following the plans correctly. When ever there was a question, he contacted us to clarify what was to be done. We've lived in our new house for four years and he is still readily available if we have a question. I have recommended Jeff to several people and have offered to make our house available if he would like to show it to a prospective client. He is truly an outstanding general contractor. Jeff Samuels built a home for my family and I in 2012. While I hear a lot of horror stories of homebuilding and the dynamics of working with a General Contractor, I had a wonderful experience with Jeff. He was extremely attentive, responding to the needs of both myself and my wife. He was on location more than I expected, making sure that things went smoothly with the sub-contractors. As issues came up (there are always going to be issues), Jeff was quick to respond, accept responsibility, and problem-solve accordingly. I have recommended Jeff to friends of mine who are considering building a home and I would continue to recommend him without hesitancy.
