Monarch built our custom home and we could not be more delighted. The entire process from the get-go was fun, exciting, and stress-free. Jennifer, Kimberly and Russ were professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive, yet at the same time very personable. The final product and quality exceeded our expectations and the entire Monarch team was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I ever build again, they will be the first and only call I make.

When my wife and I decided to build a custom home in Scottsdale in 2013, we knew the most important aspect of our endeavor was finding the right company to take on the project. Our focus wasn’t on finding a big company with a fancy office and impressive PowerPoint presentations. We wanted a quality driven professional team we would enjoy working with. We also wanted a company that was relationship oriented instead of transaction driven. That’s why we chose Homes by Monarch to build our dream house. We have lived and enjoyed our new house for over three years now. Monarch did an excellent job from start to finish. People who come to visit us they always comment on the high quality and level of detail that they see in the design and construction of the house.
