Jorge Esteban is a wonderful professional! He helped us plan a complicated project that involved ten interconnected townhouses in Coconut Grove with an association involved, neighbors who know about construction and design and made it known, lots of association meetings and feedback that required patience and great listening skills. Jorge not only delivered beautiful plans in a timely manner, he continues to stay in touch throughout the long construction process and answers the phone and our questions in a timely manner. He was asked to revise plans and did so in a timely fashion. He is caring, great at what he does, a problem solver - a top notch human and architect. I have referred my friends and I am so happy to have found him!

We are currently working with Jorge to plan our custom home in Coral Gables and are nearing the close of the design-phase. My husband and I had a strong vision for the kind of home/flow we wanted, and Jorge has been exceedingly patient helping us get to a design we really love. He has not pushed or rushed us, he has taken feedback and integrated it into something even better, and more functional ,than we could have imagined. Why is Jorge an exceptional architect? Because he carefully listens to his clients ideas while also incorporating his vast knowledge & best practices of architecture to deliver truly beautiful and functional plans/homes. We started working with Jorge about a 10 months ago and we couldn't be happier. He has impressed us every step of the way. Jorge begins by first understanding the architectural style for your future home and then sets out to bring to life that idea but in a very much perfected design (it's almost as if he could read our mind or see our thoughts...scary). What we also liked about Jorge is that he always prioritized our ideas and worked around architectural limitations. For example, my wife didn't want any columns whatsoever in our patio and side of the home. Jorge worked around this issue and made it happen (even though this was far from simple to achieve). On another occasion, my wife had a different vision for the windows in our living room/dinning room. So Jorge changed the roof design by extending the roof in order to incorporate the window design my wife always wanted. It's things such as these that have made our experience with Jorge a remarkable one. We are extremely satisfied with Jorge's professionalism and qualify of his work. My wife and I cannot recommend Jorge more, 5 star service All The Way!

Accolade's main architect, Jorge Esteban designed our house. Mr. Esteban was very creative, professional and knowledgable about the best ways to use space and about functional design. He was also very aware of the city's requirements; our plans were accepted very quickly. He was always conscious of our family's needs, and ready to change things in order to please us. He really wanted for us to be 100% satisfied with the results. We have been living in the house for 6 months and we couldn't be happier.
