We hired Jodi during a kitchen reno project for color selection. Jodi Topitz, owner, works with divorced clients ( or widowers) who are trying to transition to living alone , with or without children. She listens to clients stories, their feelings about their current decore, what the hate, what they want, what makes them happy, what colors they love and redeigns their space to fit them to a tee. She often uses current furnishings and adds color, accessories, and a few signature new pieces to beautifully finish a project. She doesn't care if you buy a $200 chair or a $2,000 chair. She charges by the hour, and although her fee may be a little high, she works quickly and efficiently and finishes a job faster than anyone else I've ever heard about. She leaves no detail overlooked. She loves what she does, she throws herself in every project. Her energy is unbounded. I have no reservations recommending her. I have used her in my last house and my two condos. I am a certified financial planner and I certainly can know value when I see it.

Jodi is the consummate professional. I have enjoyed working with her as a vendor for several years. She always does preliminary selections prior to bringing her clients into my showroom. Since Jodi knows what her clients are looking for she will pull three or four selections and have them laid out when the clients comes in.This way her clients don't feel overwhelmed. Her clients become her friends. That is easy to see because of her upbeat personality and because she treats each client like they were the only one she has.
