EXCELLENCE. I wish I could give 10 stars. My husband and I decided to raze and build new in Rhode Island on the water. After having built one small house from the ground up, I knew that I wanted our forever home to have the expert polish that I couldn't deliver on my own. We broke ground during COVID and many architects were already overbooked. We hired a draftsperson who was able to supply plans, but hand-drawn only. Thanks goodness we were able to secure Kelly and Gabby's help because those plans were not great. I can honestly say that if I hadn't had help from KMH at that point, I would have been very underwhelmed by the outcome of the house. Kelly and Gabby were able to advise and re-draw rooms/floors/walls/built ins; and they aren't architects, mind you! They have the experience and knowledge and eye to correct it all and make the end product SO MUCH BETTER! Beyond the building plans, their attention to detail when it came to design was extraordinary. Kelly and Gabby often visited the site, took measurements and then presented design ideas for everything from palette to finishes. From the start, I was intrigued by Kelly's design eye, but her team's professionalism and organization are equally impressive. I am so looking forward to the photoshoot because they deserve to show off this house!

Hull Forest Products provided wide plank pine flooring for a Cape Cod residence designed by Kelly McGuill Home. When we saw pictures of the finished space, we were impressed by the beauty and utility of her work and proud to have played a part in this renovation.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Kelly did for us. She flawlessly married our wants and needs with her impeccable taste. She worked with us on a house addition and was able to help us from the very beginning stages through to the finishing touches. She is professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

Kelly and her fabulous team worked with us to refresh and update our living room and dining room spaces. She helped us with furniture placement and selection, custom window treatments, lighting and area rug selections as well as accessories to finish off the spaces. Our space had some challenges, and she had great suggestions to address the issues. She turned boring rooms into rooms that we now enjoy spending time in and which truly reflect our style and personality. We are thrilled with the results! She is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her. When it is time for our next project, I will definitely be calling Kelly!

Kelly and her team were amazing to work with! We hired Kelly to help with decorating and some furnishing of our Living, Dining, Entry, and Master Bedroom, and some remodeling/decorating of our Kitchen, and are so glad we did. When we first saw Kelly's portfolio we immediately felt her style matched with what we were looking for and we are very happy we chose to work with her and her team: they are talented and creative people, but also know how to professionally manage a large project like ours. I have worked on and off with kelly mcguill home for 11 years. She offers great ideas, ranging from rearranging furniture to offer a better traffic flow all the way to selection of lighting, flooring, color and furniture selection. She is a pleasure to work with and always remembers that we have a house with 2 dogs and a cat and that our selections have to strike a balance between aesthetics and durability. After adding our new addition (which kelly consulted on) we have had several guests comment on how warm the room is and how much the like the décor. Thank you kelly!

Kelly is a magician. She took my large, drab, outdated bedroom and made it into a retreat. It is cozy, comfortable and timeless. She has such a great eye and is very talented. We had Kelly do a complete renovation of our home on the Boston Waterfront. My fiancé used Kelly to redesign some of the rooms at his previous home and the work was awesome. I was a little anxious at first since I had not used a designer before, however I was so impressed with Kelly’s work and design. She is so intuitive and gets to know her clients to the point that she captures not only the essence of the space she is working with but more importantly what you want as a client and the outcome is spectacular.
