About Us

I feel a great sense of responsibility to my clients & to the buildings I help them create. I often sit with clients after the first couple of schemes are drawn to finalize schematic design together right in the CAD program. This allows the client to feel their own signature in the realized design of their project. I work with surveyors, structural, soils, & shoring engineers, with geologists, custom cabinet makers, metal fabricators, & custom finishers. I create detailed drawings for fabricators. I have a list of preferred subcontractors who I try to work with as often a possible to ensure that the highest level of quality is maintained across the board. I take pride in researching & detailing waterproofing for all of my projects. I consult with building scientists, manufacturers, installers & builders to design & coordinate details for each project.

This is an unusual recommendation. In fact, Kelly was so helpful in determining the scope of the job and the budget, that she recommended I fix the exterior of the building first and later do the bathroom remodels (2)originally planned! She recommended the contractor and arranged the bid. I will definitely call her back when I am ready to implement her plans for the remodel. 5 stars for honest, reliable, and understanding my need for what I call "renter chic." Not expensive, just what she knows excites renters to choose this property over others. Thank you Kelly! Laura Olson
