We were able to quickly find a comfortable sofa @ the store that we could custom design and order the perfect fabric, length, arm design, cushion firmness, legs, accents and pillows. The wait time for arrival was less than anticipated and was delivered carefully by your delivery team. There was no pressure and found Caryl's guiding thoughts to be of great help. As soon as our cat abandons it's favorite wing chair in the room, we will be back to order fabric for your reupholstery assistance which will complete the new look. We recently remodeled our home and needed help selecting new floor coverings. Joan visited with us at the house, explained what would complement our decor, and helped us select four rugs that are perfect for our new surroundings.

We recently visited Knilans looking for a new mattress. Joan showed us the various models of Tempur-pedic mattresses. After looking at several, we selected one that met our needs. Knilan's service was remarkable! Joan was amazing with advice and suggestions. I special ordered a Stickley loveseat and it arrived weeks before I expected it would. The piece was delivered right away. The delivery men were extremely punctual, careful and thorough. I canot say enough goods things about Knilans. I will definitely continue to shop there and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

So far Becky at Knilans has assisted us in redoing our living room, family, and sunroom. We are so happy and amazed at how much better you feel when you love your surroundings. For our family room, we wanted it a little more BoHo, warm and cozy and we are so happy at how it came together. The delivery guys are the very best! So kind, so careful, and double checking everything as well as even hanging the pictures! Will be returning to KNilans and Becky for the next room, three down, 5 to go!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Jessi, and Knilans Furniture and Interiors store in Davenport Iowa. My husband and I had a lot of our furniture ruined when Hurricane Ian struck Florida in September. Shortly afterwards we discovered a very kind man from The Leather Medic in Ft. Myers, FL. who looked at our two year old Stickley leather reclining chair from Knilans and said he thought he could restore it. We were delighted to hear that, but he had trouble locating a new motor for it. Jessi Lane from Knilans came to our rescue. After many phone calls and messages, she found a source for the motor, and we will have our wonderful Stickley recliner again. Her customer service even after two years was outstanding! We would recommend Knilans without any hesitation to anyone who wants quality furniture, nice staff to work with and superb service.

We stopped in to Knilan’s looking for a replacement for our well worn recliner. Kaileigh Meyer listened to our ideas and specifications of what we wanted and helped us choose and order the perfect chair! Kaileigh was wonderful to work with and our chair was delivered safely and efficiently even before the estimated date.
