K&K renovated our two bathrooms. They are perfect we have received numerous compliments on how beautiful they look and what a job well done! They worked promptly and clean. They navigated through roadblocks without affecting the timelines. Our satisfaction was their main goal they went above and beyond to meet our design needs.I have recommended them to family and friends. We will use them again because of their reliability and the quality of their work.

Vlad is an incredible talent in the contracting business. He is a consummate professional who possesses excellent craftsmanship. His attention to detail and overall demeanor are outstanding. We hired Vlad to replace our roof. Our old roof was in terrible shape. It was missing soffits and fascia boards, and the plywood and rafters had rotted out. Vlad and his men definitely had their work cut out for them. Not only did they do an amazing job, but the end result was even better than we could have ever imagined. Although this was a enormous project, Vlad was patient and extremely meticulous, he listened to what we wanted and delivered. He was transparent and fair on pricing. Vlad was always accessible when we had questions. He kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process. Our house went from being the “the house with potential” in the neighborhood to being one of the most beautiful homes in the area. We’ve received countless compliments and we couldn’t be any happier! Vlad is now our “go to” guy. We’ve also hired him to paint our exterior, refinish all of our windows and even hang our Christmas lights. He’s exceed our expectations on all! Vlad and his men deserve the highest recommendation possible. We look forward to continuing to work with Vlad in the future.

I personally used the talents of K & K Construction for the remodeling of my home located in Jefferson Village. When my husband and I decided to purchase his Mom and Dad’s condominium following their passing, we agreed to a gut renovation of the unit. We chose Vladimir Kunca based upon the work he performed on other units in Jefferson Village. Vlad’s workmanship is unsurpassed. He is dependable and professional in every sense of the word. He also coordinates very well with his subcontractors so there is no mistake in the sequencing of the renovation. The renovation was completed on schedule and the contract price was very reasonable. Vladimir is a Master Carpenter with the delicate touch of an artist that listens to every design concern of a customer. Vladimir is in touch with the customer communicating on a daily basis. There are no surprises and there are no disappointments. You would be lucky to have Vladimir as your contractor. You would be even luckier to schedule him as soon as possible. He will complete your design and remodeling project with absolute distinction.

Vlad did the work on time and on budget. The best part was he came up with ideas to save some money from the budget without sacrificing quality. Very good workmanship and professionalism.

After meeting with at least 5 different contractors we decided to hire K+K to renovate our condo (a complete gut out - relocating the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all other rooms) .
