I had a fantastic time working with Keffie and her team over my complete condo renovation. I had zero experience in renovations so I relied on her 100% to: 1. help me understand my budget and develop a staged timeline 2. come up with a design that was "uniquely mine" but keep an eye on resell value - a task I thought was impossible; 3. make sure the design is as beautiful as it is functional, especially with in a small space; 4. complete the project on time and within budget, despite my crazy schedule. Keffie is a 5-star recommendation for anyone looking for an interior design team that can: - Keep you abreast of the latest trends in interior design, furnishing and materials and make more suggestions than you can imagine. - Work with you to build a distinct living space that is uniquely your own. - Tap into the hidden structural potentials of your live/work space. - Manage contractors and sub-contractors directly or in collaboration with you. - Be flexible, compromising and proactive when unforeseen difficulties arise. - Bring a personal and professional attitude to every interaction that makes you feel like you made all the right choices! Keffie is wonderful. Her creative energy is contagious. She listened to what we wanted, and was able to create an amazing living space. She has a great team of contractors which made getting the job done on-time and close to budget possible. Our home is now our favorite place to be- it’s classy, beautiful, and functional for all (for us, our kids, two dogs and a cat). We would definitely use Lancaster Interior Design again.

They did for us what anyone else would say is impossible; going above and beyond our own vision to deliver an unexpectedly fantastic result. The result is art. They created for us a soft contemporary, fully reconditioned beach condo home with more space and fantastic light than we imagined. We now have all the things we thought possible only with a new single family home [extra appliances, great storage, all new utilities & quiet]. Maybe most improbably, Tim and Bonnie did this all within a minuscule 6 month construction window. On time! On budget! And AMAZING! These ladies made our life during three different remodels, go smoothly and with ease. We knew all of our numbers up front, picked all the finishes in the beginning and were able to leave town and come back to a perfectly finished project. Keffie and Bonnie both bring fabulous ideas and professional knowledge to the table. We had them design our condo on Longboat key, fl our home on Bird Key as well as a home on Santa Monica Beach. We built a home in West Austin and Lancaster Interior Design was the best design decision we made! We asked a million questions and they had all of the answers. We also plan to have the Lancaster's design our condo on Longboat Key when we find a place to remodel. We struggled to find someone that understood our need to focus on details and custom ideas. They were far superior in their knowledge of materials and sources compared to others in the industry.

Can you say, “WOW”? Because we can! My wife and I hired Lancaster Interior Design to design and furnish 3 homes with completely different design styles. We have a ranch in Lexington, KY, a modern mountainside home in Aspen, CO and a beachy-chic home on Longboat Key, FL. We are so impressed with the various expertise that was needed to make these three homes so spectacular! Bonnie and Keffie have a vast knowledge of building materials, lighting, plumbing, flooring, eco-friendly products, you name it, they know about it! We brought Lancaster Interior Design in to be part of our design team in the early drawing stages of each of these projects and never looked back. Their input, combined with our architect, has been a life-changing process that has allowed us to build our dream homes. Our furnishings are superior, our window treatments are out of a magazine, and yet our homes are completely livable and functional….Just what we were after! I hired Keffie and Bonnie to design and oversee the building of our 6000 SF home. We started with some drawings on a napkin and eventually turned them into a set of plans, a great display of drawings and designs, and eventually our dream home. We were referred to Lancaster Interior Design from our neighbors, who also had the same wonderful experience building their home. Bonnie has an amazing sense of detail and style and her visions are a creative blend of our dreams, our ingredients and the evolution of possibilities. We have just completed a 3 year new home project with Lancaster interior Design, our second project with them. Their involvement began with the selection of a builder and work with the architect on the detailed architectural design drawings. One particular challenge was the goal to incorporate a 19' high German built pope organ and its sound requirements into the great room while keeping the rest of the house in proportion. The results are spectacular and exceed or expectations. Their "whole house" design expertise comes from their experience with numerous other entire projects. Lancaster Interior Design's effectiveness is enhanced by the use of the computer for a broad selection of interior materials and products. We benefited from their attendance at several furniture and design shows, and we have just finished, with their help, the placing and hanging of our art work throughout the house. Our experience with Lancaster Interior Design, besides being so successful, was made all the more enjoyable by their knowledgeable support and friendliness.
