Our showroom has full-size Hunter Douglas shades, blinds, & shutters on display, so you can touch and operate the products before buying. We also have an extensive library of fabric & trim samples. In addition to Hunter Douglas products, we specialize in custom draperies, valances, sheers, bedding, and throw pillows. Lois Shank (shown middle) is the owner & manager of L & L Window Fashions and our Senior Window Treatment Consultant who conducts in-home window treatment consultations. Lois has been in the window treatment business for over 20 years. She is a Hunter Douglas Certified Consultant and a Hunter Douglas Master Installer making her an expert on product knowledge, measuring, installation, and repairs.

Did an in-depth look for the right Window Fashion store and installation store with a High recommendation. L&L Window Fashions had both. Received a fair price for the Window Treatments we picked. The Husband and Wife team of Ed & Lois Shank (The Owners) were the installers.

Lois gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. She was patient and compassionate!! The whole process was stress free! Products were installed the day before I moved into my home and I was amazed at the finished look. There was a minor issue but Ed came at a scheduled time and made corrections. I would absolutely recommend L&L Window Fashions! They are wonderful!!

I have an oversized set of sliding glass doors in my dining room and for many years dressed it with over the counter drapes/curtains. I was never satisfied with the end result. I finally decided to seek help and went to L&L Windows. The customer service is great. Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable. I purchased the Luminette Privacy Sheers, I am super pleased. I found them to be very pricey, however, this is the first time in 20 years that I really enjoy the view from my dining room table. I expected a great product and great service for what I paid and I got it. I also purchased a woven, wooden/straw blind for over the kitchen window which turned out great. I would recommend L & L Window Fashions. Thank you for your great service and product.

L & L did both my Living Room and Kitchen drapes. I could not be happier! They did a beautiful job, were great to work with from the design to the install stages. I will defiantly use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Our experience with L & L was very positive from the beginning with Nicole’s explanation of various products in the showroom, Lois coming to our home to measure windows and explain in detail our options (She spent at least 2 hours with us) and the perfect installation by Ed. After he installed he made a point to stay and explain the operation of our blinds. They gave us their expertise and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. We are so thankful for their professionalism. We highly recommend L & L Window Fashions Hunter Douglass Blinds.

L & L Window Fashions is a superb company to deal with! Their professionalism is outstanding and their work speaks for itself! We live in an old farmhouse in the the country and their beautiful window treatments have improved the look of our many windows throughout our home! Lois is wonderful in helping one make the decisions needed for the tasks at hand and Ed is great at installing the products! Nicole is a very helpful, too, with the company's expertise! You can't go wrong with contacting them for your window treatments! They are A plus!

Lois, Nicole and Ed were a pleasure to work with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. When Lois came to our home it was clear she listened to our needs and helped us make the best decisions for our windows. The installation was efficient and excellently done. We are very happy with our window treatments and never second guessed our choices. If you want quality and wonderful customer service, they are worth every penny.

Working with the team and L & L Window Fashions was a professional experience from beginning to end. Lois came out to measure armed with samples of every color and style of plantation shutter that one could reasonably ask for. She was very generous with her time, never trying to rush the appointment. She was able to answer any question and provide opinion based on our style. We came away with a written quote after the first appointment and no high pressure sales pitch. We compared her quote to one from another company (same product so the comparison was fair). Her product (Hunter Douglas NewStyle Shutters) was both less expensive and had significant less lead time due to the product being made in the US instead of abroad. Ed and Lois came right on time and were gone in less than two hours. Our window is almost ten feet wide, which required two people to install. I very much appreciated their attention to detail. Every aspect was measured twice and installed once; truly a testament to the quality of the installers. It couldn't have gone better. My wife and I would definitely recommend L & L to anyone looking for plantation shutters or any other type of window treatment. A picture of the finished product accompanies this review. The room was in the process of being repainted.

Commented: What color is this shade?This photo is from 2014 and this fabric has since been discontinued. Hunter Douglas has similar patterns and colors available in other fabrics. I recommend visiting hunterdouglas.com or a local dealer...

Commented: How to dress window with angled ceilingsBecause of the placement of the furniture, I wouldn't do drapes. I would suggest an outside-mounted Roman shade. To elongate the window, I would go at least 6-12" above the window.

Commented: Window treatment help with no room for curtain rodYou have too many obstructions to make drapes work (the ledge and the drop ceiling). I would do fabric shades on just the window area.
