Design in Comfort

We visited this store with our 91-year young Mom a few months ago but I'm just getting around to wiring a review. Our sales person, Larry Rosen, was very friendly, patient, caring, professional, and extremely concerned about our Mom's comfort. He spent quite a few hours talking with us and answered every question we had. Not only did we discuss the different chairs, we got to know him and he got to know us on a personal level. We could tell that he's a very honest man and wasn't just "out to make a buck." He worked within our budget and found us a great lift chair in the process. Our Mom absolutely loves her chair and has benefitted tremendously from having it! It did not take her long to learn to operate the remote control for the lift/descend feature. Her feet swell less often because she reclines much easier and more often than her previous manual chair, which was very hard for her to operate.
