Ai Tiong’s personal attention from design concept to construction and completion is what I like. I had zero experience in building construction so he literally held my hands in fulfilling my dream of building a house suited to my family’s requirement. Every month without fail he would send me minutes of the progress . On budget and on time my house was completed after 15 months. A real pleasure working with him and I have already recommended a few friends to him.

Ai Tiong is a simple and easy going guy.. We shared our views together with the Main Con to get the best results. His projects speaks for itself. My house completion was as scheduled and within the original proposed budget.

This is the second time we are working with Ai Tiong for our home. We wanted our design to be simple yet classy, and he accomplished it! He listened to our needs, and incorporated what we wanted into the design. He is experienced, managed the renovation team well and got the project done before the deadline. Highly recommended!

Ai Tiong managed to transform our 30 yr old home, originally designed in Spanish-Style, into a spacious Modern-Contemporary Style home, without incurring significant additional costs for major structural works. The A&A project was completed in 10 months, in a very professional manner. We were extremely impressed with his creative ideas, his efficient space planning and his eye for details in ensuring that the central theme for color, texture & fittings were carefully incorporated and carried through consistently both in the interior and exterior of our home. The experience was totally pleasant. Till recently, Ai Tiong had been very helpful in giving us pointers when we had to carry out some enhancement works to our patio and wet kitchen area.

Ai Tiong listens to client's brief, understand the client's desired concept and the came up with a timeless design. The result was a cozy apartment that I thouroughly enjoyed living in. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy the comfort of home everyday.

Ai Tiong is a very talented designer. He listens and captured our requirements and turn in a design that we are extremely happy with. A very pleasant person to work with and many of our friends liked what he did with our house and ended hiring his services.
