So 2 major factors: 1) this was my first time using a designer for a renovation project before so I wasn’t fully sure what was involved or not and 2) my master bathroom was “illegally” renovated by the previous owners, no permits or inspections and no where close to code. So I needed a professionals help badly to get this done right and looking amazing, that’s where Kamila enters. I found Kamila and got in touch with her to see if she would be interested in doing the job and seeing what was involved. She was interested and made it clear right away what her availability was, and such which I appreciated. She came to my house and looked at the what I was looking to have renovated and also what my likes were, must have features, and what I was flexible on. She only works in tandem with Rainier Inc regarding contractors who are another 5 star experience. To say my expectations were met would be putting it lightly, my expectations were completely blown away and the final product was beyond my expectations and what I could picture in my head. The entire experience with Kamila and LEVEL UP was 5++ stars and I never once felt worried, nervous or even I would have to point out things to the sub contractors as both Kamila and Rainier were 3 steps ahead of me every second. It felt like a let down now using any company for anything even when it’s a good experience after having the experience I’ve had with LEVEL UP. I am absolutely going to be using them for future renovations, recommending them to anyone. Do you want some who respects you, your time, opinions, tastes, money and home? When looking for a design and contractor duo, look no further than Rainier Inc. and Level Up Design. Originally, we had planned to try to and find subcontractors ourselves and plan out the work for our full home interior renovation, but that became a massive undertaking and quickly became overwhelming with our current schedules. We had no experience picking the correct matching pieces in design, figuring out functionality for each space, and no clue on what order to do what with construction. These 2 companies work very well side by side and is almost preferred for any project you do. They were able to match our budget perfectly and the styles we wanted. Picking hardware, colors, etc. can be daunting, but Kamila and the Level Up team were able to narrow down options for us to choose from based on our overall requirements. Rainier Inc and Level Up were both always communicative throughout the project and gave us personalized updates weekly throughout the scope of work. Even once the project was completed and we were able to move back in, they are still coming back to fix minor things here and there to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If we were ever unsatisfied with something, Rainier immediately corrected any request and that is a huge compliment in today’s world. Making their customers happy! Great customer service from both teams and we will be using them again on our next phase of project on the exterior of our home!! 1000% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Level Up Design has been absolutely amazing! Bear with me as I have so many important things to say about Level Up Design. Kamila has been involved in multiple projects with my family and all of them have turned out better than we can ever imagine! Following destruction of my husbands beach house during hurricane Irma, Kamila took the house from a water logged disaster without a roof, to an amazing beachy home. When the house was sold, the buyers loved it so much they bought the house fully furnished! This just goes to show that Kamila's designs are both function and esthetic for more than just the current homeowner. Kamila then designed an apartment for us. In addition to this she created computer renderings for a renovation of the University of North Florida Baseball Alumni Center (The Nest). In addition to all of the above, she has also been instrumental in tackling the biggest project of our lives. We started with a beautiful 1.25 acre lot full of nothing more than giant oak trees and a dream. When we called Kamila we had hand drawn what we thought would be a functional layout for our family. She used this drawing and designed something even better! With the help of Rainier Construction and the numerous business relationships she has with different companies, she was able to make our dream home a reality. She uses her knowledge and connections to ensure we had everything we wanted in our home. Her attention to detail and desire to truly get to know her clients prompted her to create an amazing dog bath in the laundry room and a small room for our dog under the stairs that is Instagram worthy! Kamila is also adaptable and able to pivot as needed with design. She combined my husbands and I's style into one beautiful home. We even asked her to change a room from a guest room to a nursery part way through the project. She's so trustworthy and understanding of our style that we asked her to design the nursery without us seeing it until it was fully done and then do a gender reveal for us using the room. To say it was amazing is an understatement. We have, and will continue to recommend Level Up Design to anyone looking to decorate, renovate or build from the ground up. She has made all of these projects, especially the most recent enormous project, seamless and as stress free as possible. No need to look any further, Level Up Design is all you need!

Kamilla's experience in professional opinion made our home remodel a breeze! She took the time to get to know our family and lifestyle to recommend the most practical yet beautiful options for our home. Level Up Design is a JOY to work with! Kamila is simply the best. House renovations can be a huge pain and stressor, but Kamila makes it fun! After purchasing a home in Atlantic Beach, my husband and I knew we needed professional help to completely renovate and update the large, all-original 1980’s build. The interior was boxy and dark, there were too many walls, unusual and outdated features, dull and uninteresting finishes and fixtures and missed opportunities to accentuate some natural features of the wooded, lake-front property. I interviewed 4 designers and chose Kamila at Level Up to help us with our home renovation. I am so happy that I made the decision to work with her. She created the designs for a new floorplan for our master suite. It was a major renovation that included removing walls and adding new windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, etc. Her designs accurately communicated the current and future floorplan and design state to our general contractor, structural engineer, and other tradespeople. When a necessary design change came up due to structural issues (a ceiling soffit) she was able to advocate for the best plan b which involved creativity - tiling the ceiling of our walk in shower. Furthermore she helped us narrow down what would have been an overwhelming amount of options to just a handful for us to choose from for things like vanities, mirrors, light fixtures, tile etc. We loved how easy the selection process was and are happy with all our choices. It was great to have everything figured out and purchased before our project began. She made purchasing easy too. That provided a lot of peace of mind and I love how Kamila updated our design rendering with our selections so we could visualize the final state. Kamila also helped us with a redesign of our kitchen, our fireplace, and our stairs. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful. I had some bold ideas that I would have been nervous to move forward with on my own (like sage green painted kitchen cabinet lowers, and a green marcinate granite fireplace) but they turned out fantastic. I’m so glad she was able to turn these ideas into a cohesive space. Kamila is a good communicator and easy to work with, communicating via email, text, and phone. She’s a very easy going but detail oriented person. She also has great relationships with a lot of vendors in the area from general contractors to cabinet makers to stone fabricators. Those relationships were crucial to us and were one of the reasons we felt like we needed a designer for this renovation- everyone is so busy nowadays in the trades and this helped tremendously in moving our project forward. Kamila was a little busy in the beginning before we signed a contract with her. Her expertise and services were worth the wait. I would 100% work with her again.

LEVEL UP is great at finding the perfect way to use all the space in your home. When we were planning a major remodel they were able to come in and figure out the best way to lay everything out. They also do a fantastic job of finding finishes to match your style and budget. I highly recommend them for any design needs you have!
