We hired Outdoor Concepts/ Lou Gabriel to create an outdoor environment for us in 2006. Our project was complex, technical, & of long duration. It consisted of an infinity pool, raised spa, & substantial pool house integrated into a functioning outdoor kitchen. The entire project was built on caissons onto a steep slope. We searched for qualified contractor for months until we met Mr. Gabriel. It has been eight years since. He worked with us on the contract, his foreman Ed Wink was a master builder and his crew 1st rate.The project proceeded with minimum of delay. In 2010 we hired him to do marble floors in the kitchen,fire place & wet bar with excellent results. He has impressed us with his honesty, integrity , and specially how he has serviced & fixed what needed to be fixed for the project of this scope since 2006. Thank you Lou, Carolyn & Tony Ansari

We couldn't be more pleased with this contractor, Lou Gabriel of Outdoor Concepts. Our experience was smooth and easy and the end result was meticulous and beautiful. Lou is easy to work with, competitively priced, reliable and honest. His crew is great in attitude, skill, desire to please and work ethic. This is the second home in which we've completed an entire front and back yard, including a pool. The first one was painful, as the contractor was very difficult to work with. We were very selective this time around, with a key importance being personality and customer service. We made a great choice and would highly recommend Outdoor Concepts!
