We hired Loftus this spring to completely remodel our lower level and they did an extraordinary job to put it mildly! What initially attracted us to Loftus was their design portfolio and feeling that it aligned stylistically with our rough vision for the space. That proved to be an excellent assessment and they came up with several stunning proposals for us to choose from. They are very easy to work with on the design side and incorporated our feedback into every iteration. However what really blew us away was the project management side of the engagement. They managed every contractor, supplier and vendor directly and it made a huge difference. They seem to know a service provider for every single task, big or small. Despite a really challenging supply chain environment, the whole project was completed in 2 months and consisted of 2 living spaces, a kitchen/bar, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I highly doubt we would have been able to complete it in less than 2 years if we hadn't used Loftus. We will be using them again for our kitchen and on all future projects. They are the best!

Bridget and Bailey are as good a team as I have seen. They are highly competent individually and perfectly compliment one another. Bridget is equipped with a Interior Design degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. This background and deep experience allows her to seamlessly manage the entire process from concept to timely implementation. There is no doubt that Loftus Design produced results that exceeded lofty expectations, but also saved us from costly and regrettable mistakes. During our project, I came to appreciate the value of long - tenured relationships with tradespeople. Many of Bridget's relationships go back 15 years or more. The benefit for us were talented craftsman we could count on daily, even during a pandemic. This is no small thing these days. Bridget and Bailey were incredibly responsive. Bridget was on - site and checking - in almost every day during our five-month project. We could not be more happy with the results and will never tire of the sophisticated , timeless design that will endure for decades.

Wonderful team at Loftus Design! We needed help updating our living room and decided to hire an interior designer. So happy we did! Bridget and Bailey designed the new look of the room including furniture, window treatments and rug, as well as managed the remodel of the built-in cabinets and fireplace. The project went so well, we also hired them to design and manage a few other carpentry projects in our house. We highly recommend their services!!
