I am a dedicated and hard working Realtor that enjoys working with buyers and sellers. I have strong research and negotiation skills and am detail oriented. I am also a certified Coach and have a background in Public Relations and Communications - all important skills in the real estate industry. As a Project Manager in a renovation/contracting company I know a lot about construction and costs of renovation projects.

I was provided real estate services by Louise Daw in my search for a condominium to purchase. Louise was mindful of my budget, provided great insight into listings and answered all of my questions quickly and has been thoroughly helpful throughout my purchase process.

Louise did an excellent job helping us find our first home. She was thorough in going explaining the process of purchasing a home and showing us all of the options on the market in our desired area. She was very patient with our questions and took the time to make sure we understood. Louise went above and beyond in helping us close quickly and to meet the conditions of the sellers of the property we purchased. We would not hesitate for a second on contacting Louise the next time we want to move!
