Lydia is AWESOME! She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable!! She came to stage my brothers home with just a days notice, as I live out of town and was only available for a few days! The house was gorgeous and her attention to detail regarding the type of home ( mid century) was spot on! I highly recommend Lydia for any staging or design project you might have!!!

Lydia definitely knows best! We were on the fence as to whether to stage our house for selling. Our realtor introduced us to Lydia and sang her praises as to her expertise in understanding how to bring out the best in our home. Lydia’s approach was not to replace our furniture with “better looking” furnishings, but rather to accent the best features our home. She brought in furniture that called attention to the architectural angles and windows in our house. Additionally, she surprised me by putting in larger beds than I had thought she would. She explained that this would overcome buyer objections wondering if their bed would fit. Lydia was a whirlwind of activity the day our rental items arrived. She made sure that everything was perfect for our photos. She obviously has a great deal of passion for what she does! Lydia did a great job staging our house. I loved the whole layout and the color theme. Each decoration item, wall hanging, etc was very thoughtfully selected and placed. In fact one of the visitors commented that the staging was done beautifully.
