Rob is a fabulous architect who designed a 2-story addition for us! We met with several design build firms who wanted us to spend a huge amount of money up front to jump into the design phase without researching zoning restrictions, considering potential challenges, or doing any work to earn our trust and our business. A friend recommended Rob, and after our first call with him, it was clear he was the right choice, He is very familiar with Arlington zoning requirements and immediately highlighted some considerations related to offsets, water pipes, and soil disruption. His architectural skills are also first rate -- he is very detailed and thorough with his plans, yet his prices are very reasonable. He gave us thoughtful, practical advice along the way while staying focused on our target cost. We loved working with Rob and love the plans he created!
