I have nothing but the highest praise for Maria and the team at Marble City Company! They saved the day on our kitchen remodel and we would choose them 1,000 times over for other home projects! Marble City Company met every deadline as promised (even ahead of schedule) and did a beautiful job installing our countertops - all in the busy weeks before Christmas. Needless to say: We were impressed, our contractor was amazed and everyone who sees the kitchen remarks on how beautiful the countertops are! Background: We were working toward a really aggressive completion goal on our total kitchen gut/reno (plus new floors and interior paint throughout). Demo started on 10/31 and we hoped to have everything completed before Christmas so that we could celebrate the holiday in our new home. The project schedule included LAG time to observe the Thanksgiving holiday and accounted for surgery recovery time for a member of our construction team. As the pieces started to fall into place we were making good progress toward our goal but the project was in a holding pattern as we waited for the delivery/installation of custom cabinets, which then meant that we needed a very fast turn around on countertop installation if we had a prayer of meeting our deadline. (And of course we fell in love with a very specific piece of Silestone to complicate matters further!) We contacted a number of different companies and were quickly losing hope until we found Marble City Company. Maria generated a quote within a few hours of contacting her, got someone out to template soon after that and installed our quartz countertops two days later. In total from first contact to project completion, it took six days! SIX DAYS! (Which included getting the Silestone Slab from Cosentino). The quote was competitive. The timeline was unmatched. The service was outstanding. And the work quality was terrific. Not only that, but Maria was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in answering our questions about slab thickness and edge type to complete the design we were looking for - revising the quote multiple times to ensure we were happy with the completed project. It is rare that things go so smoothly from start to finish, but that is what we got with Marble City Company. From our consultation to template and install, everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marble City Company based on our terrific experience with them!

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! It took just 10 days from my very first call to Maria at Marble City and the day the countertops were installed. Wow!!! I love my countertops and get many complements on just how beautiful they are.

I worked with Nicolette at Marble City to order, fabricate and install my kitchen and island countertops as well as a bathroom vanity. From help selecting the final material - Pental Quartz, Polished Lattice to scheduling all the measurements and installments, working with Marble City was great.

I use Marble City for all of my fabrication needs. They are very detailed with all aspects of the project. They utilize all of the slabs to minimize wast and keep cost down.

Excellent experience, from pre-sale to installation. Of all the firms I requested bids from, Nicole (sales at Marble City Co.) was the most efficient, most patient, most responsive sales person. She turned around bids on 6 different countertop types the same day, followed up with nice, unobtrusive emails, and was clearer on the timing of installation (which was sooner) than 2 competitors. Even the MCC price came in less (for the exact same Cambria countertop and dimensions) than Granite Expo, the cheapo place with terrible service that people seem to think they'll find a bargain. When my huge island (108x38) nearly pushed us into a second slab, the design staff worked hard to offer some options, so we altered a couple measurements and--thankfully--kept the design to a single slab. MCC was also on the phone with me numerous times to address last-minute design questions I had about the changes. Their install guys were super nice, efficient and incredibly strong; they hauled both Cambria countertops up my building's exterior stairwell in one go, no sweat. The installation team was careful with cleaning and polishing after the set and glue, and respectful of the items in the home. Just a great experience overall, and I love the Cambria design (Aberdeen) because very few people or companies have chosen it. I'd certainly only use MCC in the future for any countertop needs. I'd highly recommend Marble City Co over any regional competitor (because I got bids from over half a dozen of them) if you're in the Northern California area.
