Orion Tile

We went to Orion Tile at 700 E. Vermont in Anaheim based on a few reviews on the web. It was our first experience with them and our initial plan was to get an estimate on countertops for our kitchen and bathroom. The location was a large warehouse with a huge selection. Fortunately, we did some research previously and had a good idea on what material and color we wanted (white quartz). We met Mike, who was helpful, personable and informative. He had years of experience and was knowledgeable (both in sales and installation). We had a diagram and measurements of our project so Mike was able to quickly give us an accurate estimate. The demolition, fabrication and installation were precisely included in the estimate. For convenience we decided to purchase the sinks from Orion. Based on the estimate and the positive attitude of Mike, we provided a deposit before leaving the warehouse. In less than a week, Mike was able to schedule the demolition and complete the template. A few days later, the countertops were fabricated and installed. Mike was present at both the demolition and the installation to ensure it was completed properly and satisfactorily. Unlike many of our home improvements, this project was a nice experience.
