It's hard to summarize out experience with Michael Odea while building our home in Louisville. He is the most professional builder you will find and follows through on every last detail he says he will. He is so skilled and talented and his craftsmanship is second to none. He is truly one of a kind and we would give him a million stars if we could. We receive some many compliments on the quality of our home and you can see the detail and top quality in every inch of our home. Best in class builder!

Michael provides the highest level of customer satisfaction and pure building/remodeling knowledge. We have owned our home for almost 2 years and it has hands down been the best purchase of our life. He redid my mother and father inlaws condo, on our recommendation, and they have the same feeling. We talked with numerous other builders and the difference was vast. He has my highest recommendation.

Michael O'Dea is a joy to work with. We engaged him as a builder to renovate our luxury condominium after we saw the energy efficient beautiful home that he built for our daughter and son in law.He basically rebuilt our kitchen , family/ dining room, moved a wall and renovated the master bedroom and bathroom. Excellent subcontractors put in new kitchen cabinets and new marble tops and beautiful backsplash as well as new MBR sinks, cabinets , flooring , custom shower, bathroom granite tops in both MBR and guest BR. Also rebuilt the deck with the synthetic materials that require only minimal upkeep.Michael is very responsive to your requests and will take all the time necessary to make sure you are kept informed of the progress on the project. He did all this while we were still living in another state!

My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)
