We love our new hardwood flooring! Going through a remodel is never easy, but Michelle at Classic Flooring is one of the kindest, most customer service-oriented people you will meet. She truly cares about your family and your home. She was patient and never tried to push us into making a decision. And they were competitive in their pricing, which always helps. Their installation team did a great job and I trust that Classic will always be there if I have any questions or problems. I'm grateful that we decided to go with Michelle and her team.

It’s easy to write a review for Classic Flooring and Design based on Michelle, John and Kayla's competitive price points, knowledge of product, attention to detail, honesty, integrity, and superb follow through, but I feel the more important review is how a business handles the unexpected challenges that come along with any improvement project. I can say without hesitation, that Classic Flooring is an EXCELLENT flooring business that I would HIGHLY recommend! At no time did I have to stress about the what if’s and how to’s. The installation team is top notch, and as a result, our floors are exquisite due to outstanding installation and the fact that the challenges were immediately addressed and resolved. Classic Flooring and Design is the kind of business that a customer dreams of. We recently had wood flooring put in our house to replace carpet. We had visited four other local places as we did our research over a couple of months. We asked a lot of questions, and Michelle, John, and the crew at Classic Flooring were helpful, friendly and low pressure. When it came time to do the install the crew was always prompt, friendly, easy to work with, and cleaned up neatly every day. The job took about ten days total, and the crew helped us move furniture and made sure that each day we had working sleeping arrangements as they installed flooring in the bedrooms. We appreciated their attention to detail in interacting with us, and they did a beautiful installed of our new Legno Bastone wood floor and baseboards. Michelle was also very helpful in choosing the color when we had it narrowed down to two. The color looks fantastic in our house! Michelle and the crew foreman, Rafael, were easy to talk to and were invested in us having a great result. We hit a snag with finding a contractor to do some skirting on our stairs, and Michelle and the crew patiently waited a few weeks until we were able to get that done before they installed the wood on the stairs. When they did install the stairs, Carlos did a beautiful job. The folks at Classic Flooring have beautiful products and will take care of you, start to finish. We recommend them for any flooring job that you have. They are great to work with!

We had a great experience with Classic Flooring and Design. I'm so glad I stumbled upon their store when I was getting something from the vacuum store a couple doors down. Michelle and John were fabulous. Michelle was great about educating me on the pros and cons of the different "wood" options. She gave me an honest opinion when I asked her. John was a great detail man and answered any questions I had about installation. They personally came out to measure my house. I had expected one of their contractors to show up, but no, they actually came! When it was time for installation, Michelle came out in the morning to make sure everything was running smoothly. Then in the middle of the install, we had a family emergency and were MIA for 3 days. Michelle made sure everything continued as scheduled, answering all my questions, made sure the installers did a few extra things like apply the felt pads to our furniture because we weren't there to do it. When everything was finished, the floors looked beautiful, they cleaned up nicely, and we were ecstatic. And the nicest thing, knowing that we had a family emergency, Michelle didn't bother us about the final payment. She respectfully waited until things had simmered down and I came in to the store to pay her. They were stellar from start to finish, on schedule 100%, and competitively priced. Classic Flooring was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I worked with Classic flooring on 2 projects. The first project was wood flooring which we purchased a Richard Marshall floor. This is the second time we have owned natural wood flooring made by Richard Marshall. The team at Classic Flooring & Design was easy to work with and very professional. They were very helpful in selecting the right materials and colors for our flooring. We love our new floor! The second project was new carpeting. Again, Classic Flooring & Design helped us through the decision process and their installation crew did a great job! I would highly recommend working with them on your project needs!!!

We were very pleased with Classic Flooring Design. Michelle was very helpful assisting us in choosing wood flooring for our kitchen, dining room and great room as well as carpet for our office. She came to our home and gave us design ideas as well as recommended places we could visit to see what was being used in model homes around the area. Michelle was never pushy but rather very supportive when it came to making the big decisions we were making to update our home. We love how our renovation turned out and we get many compliments when people visit. Our wood flooring is amazing!

John and Michelle were wonderful to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into their showroom. However, I didn't see anything in their showroom that matched what I wanted for our new home. Michelle worked nonstop until she found exactly what we were looking for. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, and produced samples in a timely manner. When it came time to select carpet for our staircase, Michelle was on it. I emailed her a picture of a design I was looking for. She produced a sample the following day of the perfect carpet that makes a statement, coordinates with our decor, and is the focal point of our entry. And their installers did an amazing job! Rafael and the guys are amazing!

Michelle and John were supportive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our remodel. Beginning with the beautiful wood floors throughout, wood stairs, the tile work and quartz countertops in our kitchen and bath rooms and tile floors in our bathrooms, we get many compliments from family and friends when they visit our "new" home. Michelle and John guided us through their portion of our remodel to insure all work was completed as promised.

The team was great from start to finish. The installation went smoothly and our laminate floors look wonderful. The stairs were especially important to get right since the stairwell doubles back on itself and is open to both the upper floor and lower floor. We are very pleased with the product and the process.
