MLTDezign prepared the design and set up the staging for our home sale. Michelle was able to come in, quickly relayed a vision that she had for the home and what was needed to be done to make it happen. Her team came back prepared and quickly and efficiently set everything up. The design was surprisingly simple but impactful and resulted in a quicker sale of our home.

Our realtor put us in touch with Michelle of MLT Dezine to guide us in getting our house market ready. During the initial consultation Michelle and her lovely daughter provided us with detailed instructions on decluttering and gave paint colour suggestions. They also openly discussed their design ideas, which put my mind at ease as we have to young boys under 4 years old and a large dog running around the house and wanted to make sure any furniture and decor brought it would be practical. The day after the consultation Michelle emailed us a detailed To Do list organized by room. The list also included the exact paint colours by name and code for any room that required painting. Michelle and her team came to stage the house about a week later. They did an AMAZING job we were blown away at the result and everything was very practical and functional for our family. Our 3 year old son even commented on how beautiful the house looked! Lol Michelle has a true eye for design, is professional, friendly and easy to work with!

I have worked with MLT Dezigns for the majority of my listings and I have to say this is by far the best home staging company I have ever worked with. The professionalism from start to finish is a comfort for me as a realtor. I can send the crew in and be worry free. They make the homeowners feel at ease, respect their wishes and always bring out the latest and most up and coming home décor. I am completely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them.

I had my house staged in the summer and Michelle and her team did an amazing job! I never thought that my house could look that good!!! Whether you’re selling your home or just looking to decorate I would definitely recommend MLTDezine. Not only did they do an amazing job on the house but they kept within my budget! I will definitely hire Michelle again because not only is she an amazing designer, she’s a joy to be around too.

If you are looking for just stuff to help stage your place this company is fast and cheap and efficient. Michelle came quickly and did basically what she promised at about half to a third of the price of others. However, you should not question Michelle or disagree with her because it will get you no where. She is the professional and even if you request something you will only get it if she agrees with it. Some if the selections looked like Walmart, like linens on beds as well as too much attention to unimportant details like Perrier bottles and dinnerware in the kitchen as opposed to lighting and focal points to show off room features. Also, some of the items were shabby, like lamp shades with tears and stains. When removing items from my house a glass frame got broken and they not only left the glass behind for me to dispose of but also did not care to mention it to me. But budget wise, they are definitely the best choice.

MLTDezine did an amazing job staging my home for selling. They were quick, knowledgable, friendly, clean and so very helpful. They brought my home to life by bringing out it's true potential and ultimately a huge reason why it sold so fast. They truly are the best home remodelling and staging professionals and I can't thank them enough!!! We are looking forward to hiring them again and have them come to our new home to work their magic!

Michelle did a great job in staging our home for sale. The initial consultation was quick and very efficient. Michelle made a number of suggestions to improve overall appeal of the home. We discussed a target market based on buying trends in the area and as it turned out, she was right on the mark with her thoughts. The home had been staged accordingly which no doubt assisted in the sale. Michelle`s knowledge and professionalism made it a pleasure to work with her. She was very attentive to dates and deadlines but also showed flexibility should we have needed to extend our contracted time period. I would have no hesitation in hiring her again.

Our home was nice before the ladies from MLTDezine came in, but it was stunning by the time they finished adding bursts of colour and decor! I truly believe this is the reason we had over 30 showings on our home before selling. Not only were they talented, but they were friendly and very respectful. I definitely recommend!
