I have worked with this firm on a past project. It was a unique project which involved moving a house and building a large addition as well as renovating the original 1860 farmhouse. The finished project was stunning the blending of old and new. The client was very pleased and I was completely satisfied with the complex nature of the final construction. I would certainly recommend this firm to a potential client.

We hired Monogram to help us find a lot and then design and to build our new house. Building a house from scratch is a difficult process. Monogram's approach makes the process smoother by providing the right balance of guidance and consulting without sacrificing the ability to truly make it your home. The staff at Monogram is professional, courteous, respectful, and fun. A pleasure to work with indeed. And the work they do is impeccable. We are enjoying the new home, the quality and craftsmanship that went into the home, and the value we feel we got and will get for many years to come. The only constructive criticism we have is not enough automation and communication with regards to handling change and progress. But we would recommend Monogram to anyone looking for a rewarding building expereince

We hired Monogram 16 years ago to build our custom, 5000 square foot home, then utilized them again to remodel the basement this past year. The house (at the time) was built with uncommon innovations, and the staff worked closely and extensively with us to provide a truly custom home that was exactly what WE wanted. The basement project was extensive, including a wine cellar, work out room, home theatre, large bar, and bedroom that basically blows everybody away when they first see it. Monogram did a great job building our custom home. The subcontractors utilized were top-notch, right down to the team of Amish framers who truly used 'old-school' construction skills to ensure high-quality results. The local township insisted on a last-minute laundry list of nearly 50 punchlist items to be resolved prior to allowing us to move-in... Monogram was able to handle every item within a 24 hour period to ensure that we could move-in on time. Our home withstood Sandy without one creak or crack. Monogram has been timely in its follow-up of items on our post-move-in punchlist. One example would be last week when a water pipe froze due to the extreme cold. Monogram was at my house within 2 hours of my call, solved the problem quickly and at no cost to me. Their customer service goes well beyond handing you the keys to your new home. They treat you as a friend and neighbor, and understand that a lasting relationship is a win-win situation for both the customer and themselves.
