I called Kenneth about a hvac service but his company didn't offer that specialized service. (Duct cleaning) He took the time to advise me on a good company for that service and gave me additonal info and tips. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me when he didn't have to. Fast forward 2 years later and my hvac is not cooling. I remembered that interaction and decided to give this company a try. I am glad I did! Kenneth was able to diagnose my issue and fix my system in no time at all!! I also appreciate him fitting me in at the end of the day to get me up and running. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

These guys saved me thousands of $$ easily. Another company I had used a few times because I had a service contract with them, recommended replacing or repairing basically my entire system at considerable cost. I always felt overcharged by the other unnamed company, but this was just way too much $$ to not at least get a second opinion before committing. I called Dynamic Air for that second opinion. They did a thorough inspection, found the real issue, and more importantly explained to me exactly what was needed and why. They were also prompt, professional, and polite. Answered all my questions without hesitation, or making me feel like some kind of idiot for asking how I'm spending my money. Turns out I didn't need to replace my HVAC unit, I just needed to replace my thermostat. Several months later and things are working just like they said it would. They are now my only call for all HVAC related issues.

I would like to give an honest review of Dynamic Air Climate Solutions. I have an A/C unit that is only seven years old, and it decided to quit on my family during the hottest time of the summer this year. We found DACS through an online search and decided to give them a try. Kenneth was the name of the technician that came to service the system. He checked both the outside unit and the air handler inside the attic. He told me that there was most likely a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. As I said before, the unit is only seven years old, but we are not the original owners of the system, so the extended warranty did not transfer. I called the manufacturer to see what options were available, long story short it was basically to buy a new system, 6k - 7k. I was not prepared to incur that cost. Kenneth said he might be able to find the leak and repair it, if it was not too big. He went old school! He began by troubleshooting the leak at the unit outside. He noticed that there was a coolant leak at the base of the unit, as there was a pool of oil on the floor. The unit had completely dumped all the coolant. Kenneth disconnected the lines from the unit to the home, put some Nitrogen in the system locally, to measure the pressure within the system. After conformation that the leak was in the unit outside, he used a spray bottle of soapy water to find the location of the leak. Once the leak was found, he welded the hole close, and vacuumed moisture out of the system. Kenneth then reconnected the lines to house, pressure tested the system with Nitrogen to ensure the pressure throughout the system was constant. He then vacuumed out the Nitrogen, and refilled the coolant in the system. He found and fixed the leak! The total cost savings was more than 5k. This was a job well done!
