Some of the best contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They are so incredibly detailed and exceptionally skilled at their craft. They worked with us throughout the process to make sure we understood the process and agreed on layouts and fine details. I simply cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team. After coming across their profile on Instagram and having an introductory phone conversation with Joe, we hired Modern Room Remodels to tile the area around our fireplace. Joe was professional, timely, neat, and knowledgeable. Joe is familiar with industry best practices and provided additional recommendations on installation and design. The entire Modern Room Remodels crew was kind and respectful of my family and our house. My only regret is not having used Modern Room Remodels for earlier projects. We are extremely pleased with the work that Modern Room Remodels did, and there is no doubt that we will be using Joe for all tiling project going forward. To provide additional perspective, we have completed tiling projects prior to using Modern Room Remodels. Both contractors left much to be desired when it came to installation (uneven grout lines and raised tiles) and design (not being knowledgeable about the installation style and pattern). None of this was an issue with Modern Room Remodels. Again, I highly recommend Joe and his crew, and look forward to using them again in the future.

My husband and I have had unpleasant experiences with remodelers in the past when it came time to doing tile work in our bathroom. This time around, we decided to do extensive research and search for the best out there. We have to say that Joe OVEREXCEEDED our expectations. Joe and his crew completed the tile work in our bathroom with such precision and professionalism. In addition, Joe and his crew were very personable and treated us and spoke to us like family. They completed the work in a timely manner in addition to being open to any questions we may have had. We will definitely use Modern Home Remodels for future projects in our home. We HIGHLY recommend Modern home Remodels! You will NOT be disappointed! Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? ;)

MR Remodels did an absolutely excellent job on a series of complicated project in our bathrooms and great room. Joe and Anthony do phenomenal work! They were able to install very large format porcelain tiles, mitering edges and book matching, as we had requested. These tiles were so big and so fragile that they required specialized tools and tremendous care during handling and installation. This team was certainly up to the challenge. Can’t thank MR Remodels enough!

Joe and Anthony were amazing! Joe is such a stand up guy to work with. We laid out the plans for our kitchen backsplash and he took the time to explain the materials I needed to purchase. He was very patient and responsive with answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, I had to change the scheduled date and Joe was able to accommodate our new scheduled date. They showed up promptly on time and got straight to work. Joe's attention to detail is amazing! His work is absolutely beautiful. I even noticed a slight design flaw after they cleaned up and left. Joe offered to come first thing on a Sunday morning to adjust it. You would really regret it if you don't hire Joe and his team. They're true professionals in every sense.

MRR tiled my all three of my bathrooms along with the dining room and kitchen. They were efficient, quick, neat and professional. Joe communicated with my husband and me throughout the entire process. When a hiccup occurred due to construction and window placement we immediately got nervous. Joe assured us it would not be a problem and provided a sleek and beautiful solution. We wanted something traditional in our bathroom but still fresh and clean. The design Joe came up with was exactly that. The tile expresses the freshness with the colors of gray and beige blended and diagonal- laid for the floor to keep a little more modern feel, a traditional Tuscan chair rail and a mosaic centerpiece for the shower. It is absolutely beautiful. We look forward to having MRR back to do our basement tile work in the near future!

Joe's company performed the installation for one of our custom mosaic floor designs. The client was extremely please with the finished result, and once we saw the installation photos, we were very impressed with the level of quality and craftsmanship. Our artists spent many hours designing and creating this piece, which could have easily been ruined if the installer did not take the time and care needed during the installation and grouting process. They obviously are experts at their craft, and we hope to be able to work with Modern Room Remodels again in the future. Dan @ Wet Dog Tile Co.

Modern Room Remodels was one of the best contractors I've hired for any projects I had done in my home in the past.. I received several estimates from contractors for remodeling our Master bathroom and went with Modern Room Remodels because of the reasonable price, professionalism and the detail on what was going to be included. Joe, owner of Modern Room Remodels, guided us through the entire process, We had the bathroom gutted down to the studs and was rebuilt with new wallboard, shower pan, electric and plumbing. The sub-contractors Joe used for plumbing and electric were top notch. We ran into some issues --- which is expected when you take walls down --- but Joe explained everything, and what needed to be done. The "extras" were extremely fair and reasonable. Since we got permits from our town, Joe followed to code what needed to be completed. The remodeling including all tiling, toilet, vanity shower fixtures etc. Joe also helped us select stores to select our tile and plumbing supplies --- they were very good and helpful. We added accent tile, a corner seat in the shower, niche and 2 corner shelves. During the renovation, Joe made sure there was clean up every day, and he and his team showed up every day as expected. We were so comfortable with Joe, we gave him access to our home while we were at work. To us it is important to have the trust in a contractor to be in your home while you are away! In addition, Joe was always available via cell phone or text. He responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The bathroom came out better than we had envisioned. We don't call it a remodel but a bathroom transformation. We will be doing our main bathroom next year and will use Joe to do that work. I highly recommend Modern Room Remodels for any bathroom and/or kitchen remodeling work. He was simply the best!!
