I usually never write reviews but I had to for this company. I had my remodel done in summer of 19. It is now spring of 22. Don’t use them he will make it look nice but underneath the terrible work will be water damage & mold. He leaves empty spaces where installation should be. I had my Bathroom remodeled I now have another contractor doing it correctly. Goodbye $10+k. Venus homes idea of waterproofing is green board with tile and mortar. He did not use a water barrier. So now I have water damage, mold and not to mention structural damage from him cutting out chunks of my studs in the walls to run water lines instead of drilling small holes and running them through it. I would give a zero star for this company and the owner as a person for him doing this to myself and whoever else used him, but the website has to at least give him one.

We are so happy with our new walk in shower. Narsay and Sam personally made sure that every phase was done well. They are honest hard working men that make sure you get the value for your dollar. We highly recommend them and believe anyone doing business with them would be as happy and thankful as we are.

We found Venus Homes LLC by doing some research, contacting and then talking the owner, Narsay Bello. We were looking to a do a full kitchen remodel which had a good amount of electrical and mechanical work, Also, removing a wall and adding onto an existing wall. We had only 16 floor tiles and could not get more and, oh yeah, Covid was happening. We were ready to sign a contract with Venus Homes when the state shut everything down. We decided to pause our project and were happy to have Narsay agree. Luckily, a month or so later, he was able to work us into his schedule. One of the great things about Narsay is that he has a main goal. He wants to deliver the project that you are envisioning. We are very pleased with our completed kitchen project! But that doesn't mean that it was smooth sailing. As with any project, issues arose. Covid only added to these problems and stymied attempts by Narsay to circumvent and solve problems. But he is a problem solver and took all of the delays in stride. If we perceived a problem, he was right there, working with us on how to make it right. He is a very pleasant, even tempered man. These qualities are an asset when you have to deal with as many people as he does in order to get your project done.

THIS WAS A MASTER BATHROOM REMODEL. THE PROJECT WENT WELL AT A REASONABLE COST. NARSAY WAS OPEN TO CHANGES AND QUICK TO CORRECT ISSUES. WHEN READY, WE WILL ASK NARSAY TO DO THE NEXT BATHROOM.

Was amazing to work with Venus Homes, the project looks amazing and it was a pleasure to work with the crew. Very responsive, great communication and definitely will work with them in the future on other projects.

Narsay is great to work with, very friendly, flexible, and manages expectations very well. My wife and I really enjoyed working with him and his crew. He was responsive, met our budget, and timeline expectations. We will be looking to hire him to remodel the rest of our house.

Simply put, Venus Homes is fantastic. I bought this house knowing it would need to be fully gutted and remodeled. First, I wanted to remove just the one wall to create an open floor plan, but Narsay recommended we remove another one in the living space to make it even more open. We then expanded the master bathroom into the backyard storage room AND added an additional bedroom/bathroom in the back making it a 4 bedroom/3 bath house. The master bathroom is absolutely majestic, it was designed by Sami who was able to fit in a jetted tub and a 7’ shower that my fiancé wanted. The entire house’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC were re-done and we added another HVAC unit in the back portion of the house. The kitchen was moved and expanded, Narsay connected us with his designer and we worked with him until it was perfect with all the bells and whistles. Narsay guided us throughout the project and we kept making changes that he recommended in order to have a much nicer layout. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier at how quickly everything got done. The budget was spot on except for the changes we made and Narsay and his dad were so patient with us when we kept changing our minds about finishing. They are truly an awesome team and Narsay was available anytime I texted him. Once our house was done, we decided to re-finance and the appraisal came back showing we literally made money from this remodel. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing company and would give them 10 stars if possible!!!

5 star company! Had them take out our builder grade tub and twin sink, install new higher profile toilet and put in a large walk in shower with sprayers at both ends with center entrance. Narsay and Sammy Bello did a great job explaining their process, timelines and how to save expense with our selections. Their tile guy was phenomenal as well. After we agreed on price and timelines we decided to add some extras like new lighting fixtures we had purchased and two very heavy mirrors - they agreed to hang them at no additional charge. We also had them install backsplash in our kitchen area and it turned out much better than our expectations. We had selected tile already for it and Sammy took the time to go shop for something we might like better and we loved his choice. He took our tile back to return it as well. Two very hardworking and experienced guys that I'd recommend for a major master bath remodel or kitchen remodel. Our son liked the work and is considering doing a similar project and we recommended Venus Homes LLC to him as well.

Venus Homes is awesome! Narsay was prompt, efficient, and responsive at all stages in the process. They remodeled two bathrooms for me in December of 2019 and it turned out beautifully. His quote was very competitive and the work that they did was great. His crew was skilled, punctual, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. My wife and I both work during the day so being able to trust that the crew would let themselves in, work the full day and then clear out before my family got home made the process particular easy. I would highly recommend them!
