O'Brien Hi-FI

I've been purchasing hi-fi for many years and can honestly say that O'Brien Hi-Fi offer an absolutely incredible customer experience. From my initial enquiries, through the demo stage, and onto the purchasing of equipment, Mark's strong knowledge and non-pushy manner gave me the confidence that I needed when selecting equipment. No sales pitch, no pressure, the emphasis is purely on you and your requirements. I came away knowing with complete certainty that I'd purchased the equipment that was correct for me. Lastly, they've got a brilliant demo room, the best I've ever used.

I’m more than happy to write a review for the team at O’Brien Hi-Fi. In my opinion, this is the best hi-fi dealership I have found in the (very) many years I have been a music enthusiast. It’s not just the product range they stock, which is a personal selection from among the best component parts at all price levels, it’s the way they listen to the needs of their customers, attend to individual details, do not put anyone under pressure to buy anything at all and then, if you do buy through them, the after-sales service is excellent, i.e. they don’t forget about you once they have sold to you. As a result, they are now my first port of call for anything hi-fi related. I would recommend O’Brien's to anyone thinking of buying their first hi-fi system, looking to upgrade or who has some time, fancies a coffee and just wants to listen to some great sounding music.

Great company - very knowledgeable and good listeners. Not afraid to challenge, but constructively so. Good after sales and tolerant of simple and basic questions! No hesitation in recommending them.
