Our initial project was to enclose an open porch. Very quickly BB determined we had a structural problem with water being trapped underneath the dryvit exterior. New plans were quickly developed to address the moisture repair and eventually replace all the exterior dryvit. Presently we have a lovely new room and 2 sides of the home with Hardee's cement siding. The professional style and technical competence for both the employees and subcontractors were excellent. The contract and change orders were clear , and they were well executed We are very satisfied

You can't go wrong hiring Boardwalk Builders. Patty and her team are terrific - professional, skilled, and client-oriented. We asked Boardwalk to replace the windows, skylights, doors, and siding on the addition to our home and to paint much of the entire house. Patty worked with us to find just the look we were after. Her team were great at their work and answered all our questions/requests. They also cleaned up the work site each day. If you are looking to remodel/build/add onto a property on the Eastern Shore, definitely consult with Boardwalk Builders!

I worked with Patty McDaniel and Boardwalk Builders on an expansion of the my beach house after sustaining extensive flood damage to my first and second floors. From collaboration on the new kitchen design, the expansion, the exterior extension of outside second floor deck which wrapped the entire back of the house, to picking finishes, to delivery of the finished product, I could not have been more pleased. Her staff was always patient with me and my questions, walked me thru discovery of needed structural work discovered during the demo process, timely updates. Patty's construction supervisor, Ed is fantastic to work with. The project was delivered on time and in line with the budget established at contact execution. My home is now a showplace. I smile each time I arrive at the beach house. I cannot speak more highly of Boardwalk Builders and I will recommend this builder to anyone.

Many are good but BB stands among the best in several areas. 1) Thorough pre-planning and estimate phase that eliminates unexpected costs and change orders 2) The highest caliber builders on-site 3) The highest caliber sub-contractors 4) Expert and professional finishing 5) Accountability for the best outcome at every level of the organization that I have interacted with as a client. We had a leak and severe damage to our fireplace chimney. Boardwalk Builders met with us to assess the damage a plan a repair. This necessitated completely rebuilding and re-stoning our chimney--a big job! Boardwalk Builders was VERY professional--came when they said they would come, took pictures of the progress and posted them on line, cleaned up the work site every day! I am very impressed with the entire organization! Recommend them highly!

Having used Boardwalk Builders for several projects I only have praise for them. They have done every thing from replace a sliding glass door lock in a rental property to replace all my windows in my home. Efficient, honest, and on top of the project at all times. The owner will meet with you and the project manager, let you know what to expect in writing, and is available for any concerns. I will use them again without hesitation and without feeling I need to get other estimates.

I am truly grateful that Boardwalk Builders has become my project partner. We purchased our beach house just over a year ago, and Boardwalk builders has completed jobs both big and small. Patty and her team are so professional and responsive. I will call describing a project that we need done, and within 24 hours a team member is at our house ready to go. Once a job has been evaluated, we are ALWAYS presented with multiple options. This is very rare for a builder. We also are part of their concierge service that keeps an eye on our house during the off season. Our temperature alarm went off in February, and Patty was at our house in a few hours with a contractor fixing the problem. I can not thank this firm enough for all that they have done for our house.

Board Walk Builders assisted us in the renovation of our Beach Town House built in the early 70's. The years and poor original construction required us to structurally and cosmetically rework the total house. The goal was to keep the feel of the original house but make it better. The kitchen and baths were completely redone. Board Walk's knowledge and attention to detail allowed us to collaborate on keeping the project on track and stay on our agreed upon budget. They have stood buy their work and made sure all of our concerns and follow up were accomplished. If we have any issues since completion they have been there to assist in resolving or helping us. We would use Board Walk again.

We especially enjoyed working with Patty and Eric on the planning phase of our renovations. Ed, the lead carpenter, assured that the work was completed to meet our expectations. Our initial projects included renovating the front of our home and the first phase of remodeling the basement to include a new laundry room and pantry, sump pit and sewage pump and egress window. We are looking forward to working with the entire team on our future projects.

The finished bath is everything we had hoped it would be. When we first met, Patty McDaniel, owner and founder of Boardwalk Builders, asked what was most important to me regarding the project. I responded, "quality workmanship." She certainly gave us that. Patty's lead carpenter, Ed, supervised the work. his concern and coordination efforts have been fantastic throughout the project. When the framing and rough plumbing were completed, I was certain we would get what we expected. And then it got better. The trey ceiling; custom vanity; tile and granite work; painting, lighting and glass are perfect. These features and Boardwalk's craftsmanship gave us the simple but elegant bathroom we envisioned. They have also installed new flooring and ceiling on our outdoor porch. We would not hesitate to ask for their services again and consider their work to be of the highest quality.
