The best builder by far I've dealt with in 30 years in Real Estate. We have done multiple projects with him and he is highly creative, methodical, meticulous and very honest! All of his subs are well vetted and very good to deal with. As an incredibly talented finish carpenter Paul can build anything I swear!

Paul is a top quality Builder, I had the opportunity to do work for him in the past and witnessed the level of quality and detail that he puts in his projects. He is also recognized by a lot of my clientele as one of the best in his area.

I cannot say enough about Paul Leone owner of River Village Carpenters and his team of professionals. Talented, dependable, meticulous, with a strong attention to detail and quality. The words that resonate with me most strongly in regard to Paul are integrity and quality. River Village Carpenters built a new custom home for me in Newburyport MA. The project began with the tear down of an existing home and began in November of 2014. From beginning to end Paul was a consummate professional. Thoughtful in his attention to budget detail, transparent as it related to required costs, margin, project timelines, and level setting my expectations. I was familiar with Paul's work as he had done a beautiful renovation of my mother's Victorian home and I engaged him early in my process looking at potential renovation projects before I settled on a tear down and starting from scratch. Although I had to wait a bit for his schedule to open up, he was most definitely worth the wait and I could not be more pleased with the end result. Paul was patient with all of my questions and inquiries and in general with my being a very involved customer! His estimates were always spot on, he was incredibly fair and demonstrated both personal and professional integrity throughout the process. His knowledge, advice, quality of products used in the home along with his ability to manage subcontractors and complete my project within the time expected was impressive., especially considering the challenges the project experienced when 8 ft of snow was dumped on the Northeast within a 3- 4 week period. I would highly recommend River Village Carpenters for any renovation work( big or small), or new construction project someone might have, he is quite simply the best.

River Village Carpenter's did a fantastic job building our new home. Owner Paul Leone was a pleasure to work with from the planning, budgeting, contracting and entire construction. He was honest and his team did beautiful work. We have had many compliments on the detailed moulding and window casings. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work and relationship we had with this business.
