From start to finish Trilogy was professional and pleasant. Our reno was done in good time at a high standard.

In May Pedro from Trilogy contracting started work on remodeling 2 bathrooms a Den and entrance way , the guys Joe , Boris , Tim and Andy all did an incredible job, it was exactly what we wanted . All through the the process they discussed everything with us , they stuck to the Quote and finished in " 3 WEEKS " this is what you get when they show up every day at the same time and are skilled trades persons , I am so grateful for Pedro taking on this job . We hired Trilogy Contracting to do a renovation of our house that included our main kitchen, two bathrooms, as well as modifications in the living room, gas fireplace, master bedroom, interior stairwell, and upper level of the house. Our interactions with Pedro were positive and re-assuring, as he guided us through every stage of the renovation - from initial design and selection of materials to demolition and renovation, as well as ensuring all the final details were completed. His team are highly skilled, friendly and professional. The sub-contractors we encountered were of the highest calibre and standard and it’s clear Trilogy only uses the best! Pedro’s project schedule was well streamlined, and he came in on budget. Trilogy Contracting worked hard to meet or exceed our expectation and demonstrated an ongoing commitment to high customer satisfaction. Fantastic company, fantastic crew. They rebuilt my basement and updated our top floor. Job was done on time and pretty much on budget. I would use them again in a a hwartbeat. Highly recommended.

My husband & I were excited and nervous to venture into a full home renovation in 2021. This was a first time for us to have extensive work done on our home and we decided to meet with various contractors and get some estimates so we could ensure (as much as we thought possible) that we were staying within our budget and hiring an established and ethical contractor. We met with Pedro and when he left our home, both of us turned to each other and stated that we thought we had found the right contractor. We then received a well drafted estimate and it was in-line with what we thought the reno costs should be so we signed up to have Trilogy Contracting be our company of choice and a date was set for the project start & end. We knew we needed to pack up our house in totality and we booked an airbnb, that was close by, so we could be there for the project and make timely decisions to keep us on-track and on-budget. This was, in retrospect, one of the best decisions we made as we thought about trying to live in the house while the renos were underway, but it would have been miserable to live within a construction zone and with all the work being done, it would have driven up the project’s timeline and along with that … the cost. The renovation was a process that at times came with unexpected findings (we had no idea we had a support post missing in our lower floor!). We had to make decisions for finishes and even though we had a vision for the esthetics, we super appreciated Pedro’s assistance in making sure we had a well thought out design and colour palette. We also appreciated that throughout the process, we felt that we were being listened to and that our concerns / questions were immediately addressed. We are grateful that we did have somewhat of a vision for what we wanted, but at times, we knew the best thing we could do was to hear out the advice we were being given and to lean in on a professional’s expertise … I mean that is why we wanted to work with a seasoned professional afterall. At the end of it all, we could not be more happy! Our home is updated and to current code. Our finishes … we are so proud of our choices. We have been back into our house now for 3 months and we still walk around in a happy daze … surreal that we have a beautiful home and the value of our investment is something we feel our every penny was well spent. We would highly recommend Trilogy Contracting to anyone who is wanting to ensure they work with an ethical company that follows through with their promises to meet budget and timeline. I very much recommend Trilogy Contracting for any renovations in your home. I was so happy with their work, that I used them twice! Pedro was fantastic about listening to what I was looking for and offering suggestions that would fit not only my style, but also my budget. My neighbours were so impressed with the professionalism of the employees (I live in a townhome), they took a photo of the truck for any future work they want done. I would absolutely use this company again!

Pedro and his team were so great to work with from start to finish and completely transformed our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring and railings, and re-piped the whole house. Trilogy helped us on our kitchen renovations in Nov-Dec 2019. They worked with us on an affordable and reasonable budget, gave us our options based on the budget, committed to a timeframe that worked for our schedule. Once the renos started, they promised us that our kitchen would be ready for Christmas, and true to their word, we had the renos cleaned up and it was ready to use on Dec 24!! In addition, all reno costs came on budget. When I spoke to friends about meeting budget and time, they were simply amazed. I fully recommend Trilogy for any reno needs. Be open and upfront as to what you're willing to accept under a specific budget. If you want high end cabinets, then don't be providing and low cost budget. You have to be realistic. Pedro was very good at managing scope creep, and ensured that he provided accurate costs for any additions to the original reno plans. They also worked around our need to continue living in the basement and accessing certain areas of our house. Thank you Pedro! We love the new space!

Thank You Trilogy for the wonderful home renovation, you exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful hard wood engineered floor installation to the brand- new kitchen and bathrooms, nothing was left out. When I walk into my home it is like brand new. Even the drainage problem around the outside of my home which was a major problem over many years was fixed, not a small job. I highly recommend Trilogy Contracting, a trusted company that has years of experience and knowledge in home building and renovations.
