JS-1 Construction Co is THE best! They were at my house exactly when they said they would be, and didn’t leave until the job was completed. The workmanship was most excellent! I will definitely use them again in th future and highly recommend them to others. My project could easily have turned into a nightmare had I been foolish enough to select anyone else.

On the recommendation of another contractor, I contacted Jane (Sensitive Information Hidden) to help with my problem. It seems the bankrupt contractor who installed a new roof on my home some 9 years ago, completed the job, called for city inspection and never showed up for the final inspection. As a result the permit was never closed. Many years later, I was contacted by the City and told the permit was closed with a failure rating. I contacted Jane, who took over the problem immediately and after two months she had the problem under control and resolved with the City. During the two month period, Jane knew what to do to get this difficult problem solved. She was very professional, kept me advised of her progress with the City and when I should expect final resolution of the matter. She got thr job done. I have spent many years in the redidential construction business as a VP Finance and CEO of our Company. I wish I had someone like her on my staff.

After getting a stellar recommendation, we partnered with JS-1 to work on a job at our house that required a lot of detailed planning with little room for variation. The plans were well-thought-out, every detail was considered, and much to our surprise, amazingly clean. (We were ready to spend hours cleaning up afterward, but they were so meticulous in protecting everything we had hardly any mess at all.) Everyone we worked with from Jane's company was professional, detail-oriented, and excellent at their craft. Jane (and Peter) made sure the right person was tending to the right part of the job, and Peter was on top of everything day by day. The price was very fair and well worth the end result. Most importantly beyond all of the information above, they exhibited honesty and integrity at every turn, something that’s hard to find. We now have a trusted relationship with JS-1 and will call on them for any future needs.

The exterior of my home was in desperate need of repair. My backyard is improperly pitched, and this caused a major water drainage issue. I had exterior concrete damage due to prior hurricane/rain conditions. My three gable vents were deteriorated and caused additional water damage to the interior of my home. I was looking for a contractor who could address all of these issues, and after speaking with a variety of different professionals, I found JS-1 Construction online. When I met with Jane and Peter, they explained that I needed a french drain installed to alleviate the drainage issue in my backyard. They are both extremely professional, and so are their workers. JS-1 Construction installed my french drain, addressed the concrete damage, and replaced the gable vents. They successfully ordered a custom gable vent for the front of my home. The old gable vent was an unusual size, and the new gable vent is functional and looks better than the original one! JS-1 Construction also painted the exterior of my home, and it looks so beautiful. I am proud every time I drive up to my home now. I highly recommend JS-1 Construction for all general contracting needs. You will not be disappointed. Jane and Peter are honest, and the quality of their work is excellent.

Jane solved our issue over one phone call for free and saved us $1000s. She spent a great of time with us and after hearing our story; she gave us a recommendation which it saved us a lot of money, time & aggravation. I have never seen a business to be so honest with their customer that they are willing to lose the business by being totally honest and provide really great & professional recommendations absolutely free. I highly recommend Jane & her company. At least give them a call and hear their recommendation and let them tell you what you really need to do. I will definitely go back in future and will hire them for any projects that I have at home.
