There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding the terms of our attendance.
In the booking confirmation email sent to you prior to us arriving onsite, it clearly states there was an attendance fee, this fee covers the time taken by staff to schedule your appointment and then travel to your premises.
At no point did you communicate with us prior to attendance to say the issue had been resolved by yourself. Had you done so, we both would have saved significant time and effort.
We have gone above and beyond in our efforts to come to a compromise and are extremely disappointed that our best efforts to contact you further have been ignored. Feel free to contact us should you wish to remedy this situation amicably.
