I am a kitchen designer and local residential construction professional with over 30 years of experience. Palm beach County is a great place to live and work. I grew up in North Palm Beach and graduated The University of Florida's School of Building Construction in 1989. My business focuses' on designing and remodeling Kitchens. I represent several lines of high quality semi custom cabinets. My cabinets are fully customizable with large selection of colors and styles. So are you READY For a NEW KITCHEN. Call me so we can get started. I am a State Licensed Building Contractor with over 30 years of experience in residential renovation, remodel and new construction. I provide free in-home design consultation. Kitchen Planner, remodeling, renovation and repair experts. We also provide a kitchen decor service. We offer complete turnkey projects from start to finish at one price. I pride myself on being a professional and being able to anticipate the unexpected which eliminates the cost over runs. We use project management software that allows you access to daily job reports and progress photos. Direct messaging and email contact with the builder. My trade partners and vendors are all a part of the same PM Software which keeps everybody on the same page. This promotes a quick and efficient renovation process.

Property redeemer did my kitchen remodel. There was lack of commutation during the entire project. Among the problems, after my cabinets were installed, he neglected to tell me about the shelf problem. I was told the cabinet shelves were in the truck & would be installed. He left without telling me they were missing from the order, I had to contact him to find out. He then sent a very short message that he had to wait until the missing order was in without any apology. The cabinets were also not what we had discussed & had many nicks he covered with white paint & neglected to finish shelves. Also, the crown molding looks very unprofessional. The project also took much longer then quoted & the price was adjusted approximately $1,500 in addition. I originally did not leave a review since I knew it would not be complimentary, however, almost 1 yr later & I’m still very disappointed with the finished project. Get many quotes before choosing your contractor.

Honestly I was not aware Stephen that you were disappointed with the final project. I would like to make it right. I remember your project. I ran into a lot of difficulties. First the electric lines running thru the wall that had to be relocated, the cabinet company shipping me cabinets without shelving, the countertop fabricator took 3 to 4 weeks to make and delivery your counter tops. Its was a difficult job. I apologies for all the missing communication. Hope your open to a resolution.

Property Redeemers is amazing and I don't say this lightly, we've never dealt with a better Contractor. They worked on dozens and dozens of our properties over approx. 8 year time frame. They are perfectionists & actually show up unlike other contractors we've dealt with and are on time & to top it all off they are great with communication. Everything you could ever ask for in a Contractor. We feel so blessed we found them.
