Visits in planning process & emails were informative. Started kitchen weeks earlier than projected. Quality choices included quartz counter top, tile backsplash, faucet, disposal, creative sink & 19 inch tall toilets. Professional, polite Ray owner & Julie designer were knowledgeable whenever I phoned, emailed or visited showroom. Chris did demolition & installation cleaning up each time.

We have a 93 year old house with a modest size kitchen typical of the 1920’s, complete with un-square walls, unlevel floor, and solid masonry outside walls. We contracted Nelson Kitchen & Bath to remodel our kitchen and master bath. Ray and his team completed both projects in approximately 11 weeks. Some delay was caused by supply issues. Ray's team was always on time, very professional, and paid great attention to detail. Ray assisted us with the design of both kitchen and bath. He provided invaluable input on materials and suppliers. Our family would have no problems using Nelson Kitchen & Bath for additional projects and recommending to others.

We hired Ray to design a complete remodel of our master and hall bathrooms and a powder room. They carried out the project during an 8 week period, completing the project on schedule and budget. We recently used Nelson Kitchen & Bath to install new counter tops, sink, and backsplash in our kitchen. Our home was built in 2012 and the original cabinets/counters were not installed level. Ray had to laser level and modify out existing cabinetry to allow for the new quartz counter top that we chose to fit properly. He and his team were there early each morning and were able to finish the entire job in a timely manner, minimizing the inconvenience of not having working plumbing while the renovation was taking place. They were able to demo, measure, install a new farmhouse sink with faucet and garbage disposal, install the counter tops, and finish our glass tile backsplash in about 3 weeks. My wife and I both love the way our kitchen looks and would definitely recommend this company.

We hired Ray to redesign our kitchen and meet our specific requirements that align with our cooking methods. I am an amateur chef and have very demanding needs when it comes to cooking. Our previous kitchen footprint was also not conducive to our active family lifestyle and there was always congestion when I was preparing a meal. Ray looked at our current layout and incorporated our needs and issues into a design the allowed the food prep process to flow naturally through our limited space as well as minimized congestion. The quality of the design and the workmanship of his craftsmen were excellent. During the install there were two significant issues with the appliances we selected. One created a significant delay in the process and the other required a redesign due to our dissatisfaction with one appliance. Both of these issues were not created by Ray’s team however they reacted well in reorganizing their schedules to get everything operational for the holidays. His crew were very dependable and a delight to have in our house while working on the project and I would recommend then to my closest friends and family. Thanks.

Delighted with the work done on our kitchen! Ray, his craftsman and tradesmen all friendly, skilled, efficient, and eager to do an outstanding job. All arrived promptly in morning, worked diligently all day, left the site clean and neat each evening, addressed any small concerns we had. We love our new kitchen so much that we plan to have the company renovate our bathrooms.

We hired Ray to remodel our kitchen. Our existing layout was not meeting our needs. We met with Ray on several occasions and hammered out the design. We basically gutted the entire room. We decided to close off an opening in the kitchen that led to the pantry and laundry room. This gave us a pantry in the kitchen. We then added a pocket door from the dining room to the laundry room and turned the old pantry into a larger storage area. Ray and his crew were great. Ray was easy to get in touch with and his guys were always professional. As with a job of this size there were a few last minute changes and minor hiccups. Sometimes looking at things on paper and seeing them in person does not come out as anticipated. Ray was quick to figure out a solution that worked. We are planning to remodel our master bath in the future and we will be calling Ray again.

Ray was wonderful to work with. He and his designer Nick helped us with our total kitchen remodel. He was able to start the project earlier than his initial estimated start date and the project moved at a quick pace. His communication through the process was excellent. He was very accommodating to any changes we made during the process and was able to adjust his schedule around delays from the appliance supplier. Everyone on the construction team was great and took great care to protect the rest of the house from dust and damage. Ray actually did more than was detailed in the contract and didn't ask for any additional money. The price he initially quoted is exactly what we paid at the end of the project. I am extremely picky and detail oriented so the fact that I am completely satisfied with the end result is high praise.

Ray and his team were meticulous, professional and listened to what I wanted not what is the newest trend. Ray spent the time taking me to buy the tile, fixtures and all the appliances needed for the project. The project consisted on gutting and re-modeling three (3) bathrooms all at once and in a time frame of two months. I would recommend Nelson's Kitchen & Bath to everyone and I will be using them again in the future for my kitchen. They are an outstanding group of hardworking men that work as a team.
