Ridgewater homes and Daryl Berden was so nice until we signed the contract for our home renovation in Cloverdale. After that fake and overinflated invoices where pouring.He charged commission even on the work that we did ourselves with our trades. Daryl wanted commission even on appliances that we bought. We easily overpaid by 70,000 dollars for a very poor quality We insisted to give us the permits for plumbing and electrical ,but we received none. Soon after they finished we had bad leaking form the main bathroom though the ceiling into the family room. We notified the owner but no response. The damages they produced are too many to write. This is a real review and we are ready to show their work to everyone interested

I hired Ridgewater Homes to build a new garage and shop to match out existing house. The result exceeded what I expected and looks great. Communication, scheduling, and payment details were all top-notch. Quality and professionalism were abundantly evident in the work done by them from start to finish. Thank you Daryl and the Team for an amazing Job

Ridgewater Homes & their team just finished a renovation in our office. They were incredibly professional & very considerate of the disruptions to our environment as we continued to work in the space they were renovating. They did a fantastic job - their work was completed on time and the result of the reno was great. We will being hiring them for more work next year. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that the Ridgewater Homes team provided with my basements renovation. Dan and the team arrived promptly at my home and was professional & thoughtful about the work. He did a great job and cleaned up! I'm very happy with the completed job & it was done within the estimated time.

We hired Ridgewater Homes for the exterior facelift. Their work was outstanding!! Everyone on the entire team was professional and friendly. We feel like we are at a resort every time we go outside. We will definitely be using them again in the near future for more projects. Thank you for such great work.

From start to finish I was impressed by this company. They communicated quickly effectively to make sure my project was done to my specifications, budget and time frame. I primarily worked with Daryl and Justin who were extremely professional and friendly in making sure of my satisfaction. Most importantly, they stand behind their work and have a genuine pride that shows in the results. They came in on budget, above my expectations and in half the time I had requested. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for larger projects in the future.

Our Kitchen remodel was done on time and on budget. The crew were very professional and cleaned up after they were done, making it look better then before they started. Amazing job and very happy with the work and most importantly my wife loves it.

Daryl and Carlos were professional and great to deal with for our kitchen renovation. Most importantly they were able to stick to a strict deadline we had, with a baby on the way. The only downside was that we went over-budget and had to make some cost-cutting decisions. Every step of the way we were able to talk through our questions and concerns. In the end, we got the much-needed peace of mind from having professionals manage our whole renovation process. And of course, we are VERY happy with the final product.

Ridgewater Homes did a fantastic job renovating our two bathrooms. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Daryl was very professional and yet seemed to be a good friend. He had some great suggestions for us and his trades people always treated our house with respect
