I personally have used RHF twice in my own home, and they did a fantastic job refinishing and staining my hardwood floor, then two years later proactively suggesting they buff and apply an additional coat of sealer to keep the floor in top-notch condition. I took them up on their recommendation. In addition, I have referred RHF's to many of my interior design clients. Every time, their services did not disappoint either the client or me; plus their Customer Service experience is first-rate, clearly explaining the process, providing stain color samples, and starting/completing the job on time as promised. Some clients opted to use other hardwood refinishers, with the mixed results. Personally, I would only recommend and use RHF's for future projects, as I can depend on quality results.

Rochester Hardwood recently refnished the hardwood floor in the kitchen and did an excellent job. They were very good about communication, from the initial setting up of the contract and finding a date to start, to letting us know before each work day when the men would come and how long they'd be here. The workmen were pleasant and neat. We're very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the workmanship and beauty of the finished project. We had pine steps and a landing done and highly recommend this company. Many years ago we also had wood floors done in our kitchen. They found the product we were looking for and did a wonderful job on the installation. We're still pleased with that project also!

Rochester Hardwords refinished several floors in our older home in the village of Pittsford. We were very pleased with the work they did. The crew was always punctual and polite. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. The floors look beautiful!

I am so impressed with Rochester Hardwood, they are clean, neat, and fast. I was amazed with how kind the workers were. Very polite and wanting to make sure the stain was the exact color I wanted. I had them refinish all the floors in a home I purchased. The floors were in terrible condition, (early 1920's home never been refinished before and lots of damage) when they were finished they looked great. I also had them finish all the floors in the house I was selling (1970's) the floors came out like new. They repaired a puppy chewed stair tread and you cannot even tell it was a teether!

We are very satisfied with the quality of work. The installers were pleasant and worked hard at installing our bedroom floor. They cleaned up after themselves. Our bedroom looks like new and the floors are great for an easy cleanup.

We recently had our floors refinished and were so impressed by the quality of work performed and how professional the workers were. They were always on time and courteous. We couldn't be happier with how beautiful the floors look. We have a few more rooms to do and will definitely be calling Rochester Hardwood back again.

We have used Rochester Hardwood Flooring several times over the past 6 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. Everyone we had contact with was professional, competent and knowledgeable. Their workers showed up on time, were polite, protected the surrounding furniture and cleaned up at the end of each day. And, the floors look beautiful. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to use them as needed.

I have an 1870 fixer-upper that has original detailed floors throughout the first floor. However it was missing a room. Rochester Hardwood was able to match flooring and design and bring our more detailed floors back to life! My floors look like new!

We have always had Kelly and Donna service our wood floors and we have been happy with what they have done. Our entire first floor is hard woods with the exception of the powder room. We have to do our buff and coats in stages and they are very accommodating to our needs. Next up - living room and dining room some time in the spring!

We had our floors done while out of town. It was stressful to coordinate the project so that our pets and family would not be affected by fumes. The crew was reliable and trustworthy and the crews foreman worked with me by calling me and letting me know the status of the floor situation after removing a rug. The foreman explained everything to me and put me at ease even though I was out of town. The work was supburb.

Terrific company right from start to finish. Very very helpful in assisting with actual hardwood selection and installation pattern. Workmanship was outstanding and installers extremly courteous, neat and respectful of our home. Always on time and always did what they said. A pleasure to deal with these folks. They made a potentially stressful experience quite enjoyable and we would recommend them highly.
