It was started by Ryan Brouwer and has been serving Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area since 2008. Choice Builders offers the highest quality in the residential building market. Whether its designing and building your new home, finishing your existing basement, or adding on that much needed space for your growing family, Ryan will work with you every step of the way. Each job that Choice Builders does is done with professionalism and by keeping costs within your budget we can work to make any project affordable. Ryan will treat you with respect, honesty, and integrity making sure that you are 100% satisfied. I have had the privelage to work on some of Ryan's jobs next to him and my experience has been that Choice Builders does not cut corners. Very professional, respectful, and attention to detail the whole way through. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality that really sets the bar in the construction business. Home owner or customer is always kept in the picture and put first.

This was our first time building a home. My wife and I were very nervous as we had heard horror stories from friends building with some other companies. Without a doubt Ryan and his crew did an outstanding job. They were timely, efficient, and most importantly did a quality build. We were never upsold and they did a great job of explaining the pros and cons to every step and if there was ever any question about what we wanted they called before starting. We appreciated the fact that they LISTENED to what we wanted instead of giving us a pre drawn cookie cutter plan from other houses they built. They took all of the stress out of the building process and stayed within our budget. Our forever home is truly our forever home thanks to them. I would highly recommend anyone interested in building use Choice Builders.

Ryan and Choice Builders have done several projects for us over the years and it has always gone great. He is honest, skilled, and has a hard working group. This project was new windows and siding on a lake cabin.

We hired Choice Builders to build our home in 2012. From the positioning of the home on our new piece of land to the intricate details of the bathroom and kitchen, they paid special attention to all of our requests. When I didn't know what to pick, they helped with nailing down options and kept it within our budget. We could not love our home more!
