I recently had a small condo painted by Southern Painting - Sarasota. The job included ceilings, walls, closets and all surfaces that could be painted. The paint job is well done, completed on schedule and everything was left clean and tidy. Ryan was easy to work with. The Condo Association required a lot of paperwork in order to approve the project. Ryan provided all of the paperwork they required and was flexible in scheduling the work since the approval took longer than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Southern Painting - Sarasota and would use them again for any future jobs that I have.

Ryan and his crew were wonderful to work with. I knew what and when everything would take place. Everyone was where they said they would be at the time they said they would be there. I am in love with my home all over again. My daughter had her house painted a few months ago by Southern Painting and it is so beautiful I could not wait to have them do mine. I was not disappointed.

Ryan's team did an excellent painting job in both inside and exterior areas at my home. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on the day he said he would, got the job done in the time he said he would, and at the price he said he'd do it for, even helping out with a few extras I wanted done. He didn't require an upfront deposit but bought the paint and materials on his own and brought them to the job site. His men were skilled, diligent, and cooperative and he checked on their progress during the work and examined it after it was completed. We are thoroughly pleased with the result and glad we chose Ryan and his company to do the work.

Ryan from Southern Painting was excellent. He was professional, punctual and explained in detail the scope of the work, and arrived a day early to start the job. They just completed the exterior painting. Our home looks fantastic. The painters were experienced, courteous, and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.
