At Sierra Green Builders we build Custom, Sustainable, and Log Homes. As Certified Green Building Professionals, we offer restorations, remodels, and additions in all styles of building but with an eye on how to save our clients costs in energy-savings, reduce their exposures to chemical compounds, and offer them choices of using recycled or re-use materials to reduce construction waste.

Bob is a real professional. He and his crew do a wonderful job on every aspect of a project. They are true finish craftsmen and pay attention to the smallest details. When the project is over the client is happy with both the end product and the service!!!

I have a home in the Sierra foothills that Bob Douglas of Sierra Green Builders has been involved in a number of projects on. Over the 8 years I have known I have found him to be a highly competent and ethical builder; truly a joy to work with. We also worked together on his own residence in Sutter Creek; I did the conceptual design work. It is an extremely complex restoration of a neglected 1850's-ish residence, and Bob's results have been outstanding.

Sierra Green Builders built me the most amazing meditation "she-shed". Beautiful pane windows and french doors give me views to the ocean. Bob Douglass was on time, super knowledgeable and on budget. He and Sarah were a pleasure to work with in designing this special tiny house. I would highly recommend Sierra Green Builders. In fact, with a recent new purchase of 3 areas in WhiteFish, MT and my fingers are crossed that they will (again) work with me to design and build a magical home.
