Penna Construction was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better company to work with, they were very professional and efficient at what they do all the way through to completion of the project. If you have any type of work you are looking to get done look no further being you couldn't find better. They were very receptive to all of our needs and met all of our requests and timelines; with their knowledge it made for a great exchange of ideas and incite on different options to create the best outcome for us, we are very happy with everything we received.

Penna Construction helped make our newly purchased house a home! Sean and his team were amazing on response time, communication, clear with expectations, creative, professional and courteous. Sean has the resources and connections to get the projects complete in times of high demand. Our needs were all over the place, from carpentry to stucco work to lighting to plumbing to painting and everything in between. They kept us on target and on budget. We are very pleased with the work that was done and we will certainly be using them in the future.

The remodel included a master suite, walk-in closet and master bath. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent. The special theater lighting in the master suite and wall lights in the steam shower are wonderful accents. As work was being done, the crew was mindful of their work areas and made sure to do excellent clean-up each day. We are delighted with our end product.

Whilst i have always been nervous about any type of construction or contractors that come with it, the experience with Penna was quite a different one. Referred by a local bodega, i reached out to them back in August of 2017 for a major home project, which included an addition of a new bathroom and a master bedroom. Sean and his team took each step very carefully and seriously to satisfy our needs. The project from start to finish which included many work order changes as we kept changing our minds but Sean understood that his primary goal was to keep us satisfied and delivered beyond our expectations. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in delivering to the clients needs. I strongly recommend Penna for your next project as we are going to engage him in our next assignment!

Sean and his team remodeled our home in SSF as we prepared it for the rental market. The quality of their work is top notch and they are very thorough in all phases of the project. We often deferred to Sean when it came to design ideas and product choices and the decisions turned out to be spot on. His responsiveness is also very quick which kept us in the loop at all times.
