Souk and his team have been an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. They are very quick to respond, often responding instantly or within minutes. Pricing was very competitive. Customer service was well above and beyond my expectations and their attention to detail was very good. Even follow-up issues almost a year after initial installation (caused by my tenants) were handled with the same level of care as when I originally dealt with Souk. We dealt with Souk from Sheila's Drapery and quite simply had the best experience that we have ever had in dealing with an individual and company. Souk has a very pleasant voice on the phone which carries through when you meet him and deal face to face. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is sure to handle any questions or ideas while being respectful of the clients' needs or wants. When Souk came to meet with us and give us a quote he brought large samples with him so that we had a good visual of what we wanted and how it would look. He was very professional, constantly asking questions and offering suggestions that would best suit us. Souk took his time measuring all windows and doors with precision and accurately. He discussed with us the quality, the workmanship, costs, and warranty. Souk then emailed us a quote that was completely broken down for all costs, etc. nothing hidden. We knew that with his product and attention to detail that we wanted them to do our window and door coverings. When we called Souk to advise that we would like to proceed he asked to come again just to double check all measurements, to go over the approximate length of time it would be for things to be completed and ready for install. Souk attended again, went over all estimate costs, installation and also require a 50% deposit to go ahead. Our coverings were done about a week ahead of schedule and the team that came with Souk to install everything were exceptionally clean, professional and careful. We would recommend their product, workmanship & professionalism to everyone. We were extremely pleased and have had many compliments on the look & job of Sheila's Drapery.

Sheila's Window Toppers truly exceed our expectations. Shopping around we found Sheila's to be reasonably priced, with service that was exceptional. Souk's professionalism during the whole process made this experience of buying blinds for our new home amazing. He offered suggestions in fabrics and styles to ensure we kept within budget. I am a tech geek at heart, and Powerview blinds enhanced the experience. Overall Souk and Everyone at Sheila's are amazing, and you can tell they put everything into ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the process.
